I would of thought if I wanted it delivered to a store it would be free but oh no I still had to pay the same amount so ended up getting it delivered to the house

I was really disappointed in how different the trainers looked on the picture to how they were in real life

Disgusting that not only do you have to pay for delivery, you have to pay for returns as well! I will not be ordering online from USC in the future.

Unfortunately I was more frustrated than happy given I had to send several items back due to the wrong item being sent, fault item being sent or item not arriving as described...

Your products are of good quality but: - little bit expensive -Lack of critical information to decision making about the product displayed on website. For instance, i wanted to buy fragrance but there was no information that it wont be solf outside UK. - delivery: cost too high and carrier not really effective

got my order wrong the first time,then when i asked for my actual order the item was out of stock and I'm not even sure if I'm receiving a refund

Ordered shoes for my daughter's Chrismtas. She's a size 7 but size 6 arrived. the box stated size 7 but the actual shoes did not match what the box said. Had time to change order so I did and asked for an exchange to meet my original order of size 7. This exchange took 2 weeks which was not an acceptable timescale. However, when the order arrived I collected from the store and asked the staff to check the size before I left the store. Again the box stated size 7 but the sizing on the shoes had been scrubbed out! What on earth was that about? Anyway staff double checked the sizing for me and discovered this time the shoes were size 8 - what a joke and with only 5 days to go until Christmas! Not happy because given the length of time to change the order the last time, no way was this going to be sorted out in time for Christmas. Staff in the store were great but they can't even offer an alternative because they are restricted to help when a customer orders online Need to employ staff who can stock and store shoes in boxes which match the sizing. Massive warehouse problem and I will be sharing this experience with others. Customer service non existant

Had to return items and was very disappointed to find i had to pay for returns. This is on top of paying for them being delivered.

You charge postage, I also costs to return items...they didn't for very well but I'll keep them anyway. Will use other retailer next time.

Poor communication at the store and when trainers didn't fit they said take them to the warehouse, and why did I have to return the trainers to the warehouse instead of the store?

One of the garments arrived with the security tag still attached! I have to now return that which is very frustrating and costly. Very disappointed.

Ordered some clothes off the usc website, and ive waited a week now, when the delivery was supposed to be 4-6 days! Still haven't had my parcel, and have now recieved an email saying that my order has been refunded. Im very disappointed as i really the items i have ordered, and yet nothing is being done to try and rearrange for my parcel to be redivered

Order my soulcal jumper online , I had order many other items over Christmas. This was first order but last delivered and when I tried contacting there was constant ringing out nobody answered my call or got back to me. Will not be using again.

Some of the items I bought looked like they had been on sale for long period and some items were faded or dirty.
