“Very disappointed at having to pay for return postage and not able to receive a refund for online goods in high street store like most other retailers. I paid £18 postage in total and only kept one top. As a result I lost out on any sale savings. I won't be ordering online from USC again.”

“I think its wrong that to send items back for a refund or exchange that postage has to be paid. Most other online shops I use provide pre-paid postage for returns. Makes me think twice before using USC again....”

“Wrong item. Had to pay delivery. Would have to pay to return. Means item cost increase Of 25%. Will not use again will tell everyone of hidden costs.”

“I bought cloths from Huddersfield store to my friends but the sizes are not fit for them then I tried to change them with same products with larger sizes but there was not then I requested to refund the amount of money that I paid they told we gonna give notice rather than to back my money and you can buy other items for this amount then I am imposed to buy other items to me rather than to my friends for this reason I will not recommend to shop again from your stores.”

“Ordered trainers Christmas Day and expected delivery by either 29th or 30th December when checking out and paid £4.99 for delivery. Tracking service for Hermes has been completely unavailable. It's now 4th January and Hermes have made one possible attempt yesterday but I was out. No number left on card so presumably usc delivery. Not happy as Hermes have delivered other stuff ordered after usc trainers.”

“The site wouldn't work when I was trying to use my student discount code, i had to keep refreshing the page and in the end I deleted my contents and started again. I couldn't get a new code as the page refreshed but there was no new code there so this made the whole experience very long and frustrating. I was very disappointed at the over priced delivery! £4.99 even if delivered to store! I personally think of you spend a certain amount you should get free delivery. & on a previous order I returned something to store to be told I could only have a gift card or exchange! I just wanted my money back. All in all nice clothes but one of my least favourite places to shop online”

“Paid for a premium delivery, turned up late. When it arrived packaging stunk of cigarette smoke, and when the package was unwrapped the plastic wrapping had been slashed. Fortunately the shirt was not damaged.”

“First time that I have ordered from USC for my husband. Had to pay delivery for parcel and then also had to pay to return, will not order again for this reason. there are too many other retailers that you can order from that offer these services for free.”

“I still have not yet received my order, I spoke to Hermes as they have said they "delivered it" and I signed for it which in fact I did not, they told me to contact you which I have not yet had a reply from yourselves, I have now bought the item elsewhere as it is a joke.”

“I ordered a pair of jeans, L30. The length was actually 25" inches, which is quite a ridiculous difference. The sizing of tops is extremely inconsistent, and I'm very unhappy that I paid £4.99 for delivery and will have to pay again to send the items back, especially when the sizing is not as described.”

“I have ordered 3 pairs of G star jeans and one of them came to me with security tag. I don't know why your company doesn't do free returns as every other shop? This way people will spend more money on your products instead of being careful what to buy.”

“Wrong product sent. Cost of delivery even if collected in store. The long wait for delivery. Massively understaffed stores. Poorly trained staff. Only upside is the price of some of products.”

“Your sizes for Men are riduclous, I understand that you may not manufacture these goods but you do supply them. XXL Men is actually more like Small Mens or Large Boys. The sizes need an immediate review and I will be returning not 1 but 2 orders”
