Item was sent with a security tag attached - not great for a gift.

My box turned up damaged with a hole in it. Package the box was wrapped it tears all the box when you open the parcel. The way the shoes had been boxed packaging scratched the boots

Hi Product arrived quickly, however Calvin Klein presentation package was bashed and scratched and covered in stickers and sticky residue from old stickers that had been previously removed. Overall it appeared old and used. I had to remove the underwear from the package. Too late to return or complain as it was a present. I was considering contacting you but had too much to do.. but now that you have contacted me requesting feedback I have to state that despite the reasonable price I was seriously disappointed

T shirt I ordered was very badly crumpled, pyjamas had a stain, and two boxes of Armani boxers were a disgrace!, boxes fit for bin,

Good point... Came 2 days earlier than planned. Bad point... I was at work so delivery driver thought it was ok to go through my next door neighbours garden, climb over my fence and leave parcel. Also, when i have previously returned items USC said they didn't receive them so £100 vanished despite having a receipt from post office.

Ordered gstar jumper for a Xmas present came with a mark done the front, disappointed order wasn't checked before being sent out, to late now to get anything else.

The length of time for delivery. I paid extra and quite frankly I paid less from another store and came quicker

Your courier are letting you down and have no understanding of what is happening with their deliveries. Stating an item is out for delivery that day, has been delivered and signed, when it has not. Then just turning up the following day with the delivery as though there is not an issue and the system still stating it was delivered the previous day. What a waste of time staying in for a delivery that was never coming and being in by chance when it turned up the next day.

I ordered three items of clothing as gifts. The clothes were fine but each item had it's bag torn open so that stickers could be placed on each of the labels. The packaging looked like I had purchased seconds from a saturday market.

Paying around £5 for delivery to store, then waiting for 4 days for my order to arrive, is not the level of service I've received from other retailers.

Ordered items, paid for next day delivery. No sign of them a week later. Contacted USC customer service, no reply until one week after initial order. Hermes couldn't tell me where my parcel was either. Finally converted with a human being a week after iniual order, Lauren was very helpful and refunded my delivery charge at my request. Very disappointing experience to be honest.

Hi. Thank you for refunding me so prompltly on the Henri Lloyd shirt i ordered. I have to say i was shocked and disappointed at the quality of the garment when it was received. Not only was the shirt badly marked around the collar. It also still had a security tag attached under the arm and also what appeared to be a blood stain on the shirt. i would recommend that your Quality Control Team should inspect garments more closely before dispatching them to customers.

Great selection and bargains. However your choice of courier service let you down. My package was 3 days late (imagine the panick as this was mere days before Christmas) when my order finally arrived one of the items was sent in the wrong size and too late to change it!

Usually ok but delivery took around 4 weeks to come as 1st parcel went missing and by the time it came some of my items were out of stock

I ordered some shoes for my daughter on-line for Christmas. Everything ok until the next day when I received an email saying that you couldn't deliver to my destination. I only live in Jersey not the other side of the world. :(
