No free returns or at least an option to return to store. When buying clothes online fittings across different brands or styles can vary dramatically as was the case with my purchase for my son. It has put me off any future online purchases from USC.

the jumper i received had several threads loose all over it! these where white and noticeable. i spent ages trying to remove these but could not get them all. i looked up your returns policy and decided it was too much hassle to return it due to having to pay myself etc. i did not think it was worth doing so have had to keep the jumper anyway. i have never had issues before but it has put me off buying online again unfortunately. not sure if there is anything you can do?

The customer service is absolutely joke. My shoes arrived after five days, and one of the shoe sole was actually cut in half and glued together and after emailing them regarding the issue, USC offered to exchange them and its been almost a week since I have posted them back but I have not heard anything from them or received my shoes.

I purchased a pair of boots for my partners birthday. The boots were cheaper than anywhere else we'd been lucky enough to find. They arrived in good time which I was very pleased with but the box the boots arrived in is completely wrecked. The postal wrapping is unmarked so someone in stores has wrapped up a completely destroyed box and sent it out! That really isn't exceptable! I appreciate I didn't buy the boots for the box but how's it going to look when she opens them on her birthday and because I'm a bloke and expected them to be right when they arrived I don't have enough time to exchange them as an exchange would take five working days plus time either side for postage. I wrote to the customer service department but recieived two very short emails that showed little to no concern. All in all, very very disappointing...

I ordered 3 tshirts & 2 of which were out of their actual packaging & looked as though they had be worn

You should manage to buy online and return to store for a refund. I find it difficult to find clothes to fit. I am 6ft 4. 20st. XXL or XXXL is very rare to find in store so I cant try clothes on.

I spend between £300 - £400 per month on clothes I use woodhouse clothing but decided to change shops. I ordered what I thought to be a good selection of clothes but the clothes ordered took over a week to be delivered and the colours were not true to the pictures . Really disappointed in the service . Will not be recommending you to my YouTube subscribers .

I Had a problem with delivery, and there was no phone number or chat service, just a delayed response email or postal address service from USC - do you know how frustrating that is?. The issue with Hermes started in the afternoon when I received a text (Hermes) 'hope you enjoyed your parcel as it has been delivered' - confused? As I'd waited in all day and still no delivery - so this text made no sense. I range Hermes, who passed the buck to USC to raise a missing parcel complaint. Humm please understand at this juncture, like every other company including top security passport office! I needed to speak with someome, as I needed my parcel that day, rather than waste time rearranging another delivery address. In any case I snail-mailed over an email to USC, some hours later Hermes delivered the parcel but still no response from USC not even a holding response to confirm receipt of my email. Nope would not be using the site again nor recommending anyone else to do so. The site is fab, has plenty of bargains but with no phone number or chat I have no faith in issues getting resolved in a timely manner. BTW chatbots are a simple solution.

The item got sent to the wrong shop so I received the wrong £5 gift voucher and it took a lot longer than stated

Ordered products and it said they would be here by 25th of jan.my sons birthday was the next day and the products didnt arrive till the 28th.on opening the parcel the items looked as though they had already been opened as the cellophane was ripped and the contents where not in the cellophane and the grey nike bottoms had 2 marks on that look like mud,blood or rust.i paid £4.99 for a rubbish delivery and had to pay £3.35 delivery to get some of the items exchanged.

staff are rude when i want refund for my item at shop they refused to give me refund but only voucher but i don't want any else from there

Terrible customer service. I purchased goods partially by gift card and the remaining amount was paid using PayPal. I then returned the products which were paid for using PayPal and asked for a refund (only). I retained the items purchased by gift card. I have written to USC and asked for a manager to phone me to explain how they can do this, but after 3 weeks I have heard no response. I will be taking it further through a consumer support rep. Awful service and even when you wish to lodge an official complaint, USC ignore you.

One of the shirts came with the security tag still attached. Both items had been opened and tried on as both of the bags they came in were torn open. Had to return due to sizing anyway. Returns process was dealt with very quickly though.

I received the packet in good time, but the packet was battered - and had been opened. The clothing inside the packet had obviously been looked at and taken out as it was not folded the way you should hope.

Three of the boxes of the trainers I received were so badly damaged I could not give as gifts therefore I will have to return and pay the postage. Really not pleased.

I was looking to buy a pair of Converse trainers which were at a good price. I then proceeded to the checkout and noticed that the delivery was £5 which i thought was a bit steep. To avoid this I tried to contact the Livingston branch to see if they had stock. Called the number that the website suggested and this took me to a call centre which was closed. I had to then wait till the Monday. Called the number about 4 or 5 times throughout the day and i kept getting told that the centre was busy and to call back later. At this point i contacted your Facebook page, I got an automated response to say my query would be dealt with soon and there was a number to call. I called this number and a very unpleasant and unhelpful woman answered and asked me what company i was calling about and that they couldn't check stock in stores so i would have to call the store direct or go into the store. I then got a reply from your Facebook page from Vicky who promptly checked the store for stock and offered to refund the delivery charge as there was only 2 pairs of the trainers left. I must say that Vicky has been the only positive thing about my experience with you. Everything before this was a complete nightmare and waste of my time. The box was also very badly damaged when it arrived at my house. The trainers are fine but the condition of the box was shocking. The service i received from Vicky is the only reason that I didn't mark this as a very poor experience.
