Coat I bought wasn't suitable. Nobody's fault. But totally disagree with your delivery and returns procedure. £5 to get the coat delivered and a further £4 to return. £9 wasted. Will stop me ordering from your company again

I ordered a bag with next day delivery. I must mention the delivery prices are quite expensive, but I was also opting for next day delivery so it is partially expected. The item did arrive the next day but I was delivered the wrong colour item. The item was incorrectly labelled the colour I wanted and having checked the website I found that that item which has been delivered is labelled alternatively on the website. What stands is I required the product immediately, hence my choice of next day delivery, but I could not use the product as it was not that which I wanted and it would be impossible to return. So I returned it and I hope to be recovered the delivery cost as well as the returns I have had to pay for as it was not my fault. I also visited the London store, which was not entirely easy to find as Google would direct me to the old store that was shut down and when I entered the given address on your website I didnt expect to have to look inside Sports Direct so it might be useful to mention you are based on their building. I wasnt able to make a store return as I wouldnt be refunded the delivery and I could only be given store credit, so it did somewhat drag out the process. I think if there was a way of simplifying the returns process for mistakes made by yourselves the experience will be marginally better. I do understand mistakes are made, but I don't feel like it is fair that we have to go to lengths to resolve the issue that is essentially not my fault. I hope that was helpful, Sarah

You guys sent me two left shoes 😐 Returns are super expensive from Australia and was really looking forward to wearing my new shoes. On the plus side the delivery was quick. Let's hope you can send out a pair this time ☺

I paid about six pounds for delivery it came a week later in a plain black bag and the box was all smashed and burst this was a gift for someone so as you can see I'm not very satisfied

i had to pay £4.99 for delivery and pay £2.95 to return an item. I felt very out of pocket and will not use your delivery service in future

My denim shorts i ordered arrived still with the plastic security tag still attached. I can not remove this myself as ink will come out and ruin the jeans- i will have to go into a usc store to sort this problem- wasting my time.

I ordered a t-shirt as a gift for my brother, when he opened he noticed a hole in the t-shirt. The policy states returns must be notified within 14 days but there is no number to call on the website to speak to someone. Overall, rather disappointed.

i bought a pair of converse which is my normal size but they turned out two sizes two big i tried to return them to store and was i told i can only exchange them if i want a refund i have to pay for the postage, Which means i spent £5 to get the converse and then had to pay £5 to send them back. In total i paid £10.00 in postage, I tried ringing the shop before i went but got no answer on the phone all day. so i spent 1 hour getting to store to be told i could not get a refund. There is nothing on the website stating i can only exchange in store. Also the store staff were very rude. I will not be buying anything from USC again. I have told all my friends and family about your poor customer service.

One of the t-shirts ordered had stitching on the neck which looked as though it had been repaired. Disappointing for a Replay t-shirt. T-Shirt was in the sale so I have not sent it back but nevertheless I would expect better.

Very happy with item but unfortunately had to take to tore as it was sent out with security tag on it ,no apologies from staff for my inconvenience

Tried to return order in store after purchasing online. As no invoice received with parcel the store did not have relevant information for refund. The store tried to phone customer services for assistance but we ended up taking our order with us as no-one in customer services answered the telephone after 30 minutes of waiting.
