I ordered trainers in a size 11, I got a box saying size 11 but sadly contained a pair of size 12's. so my option was to pay to return

Probably the worst packaged/presented purchase I have made online. Item was literally screwed up and thrown in a bag. Item cancelled. Initial refund only for item and had to chase to get a refund on postage.

Shame the goods arrived with a sale ticket off a sale rack..was kinda hoping these were going to be brand new. One shoe looks like it's had a tough life lol

Returned 3x pairs of shoes, asked for a different size for 2x pairs. Received a refund for the other pair. Then received an email to say they were out of stock of the new size for the 2x pairs. So, no shoes received, and no refund for these two pairs either as yet.

Trainers received were different colours (ex-display). Returns not allowed in store if ordered on-line - antiquated policies. Customer services wanted photos of faulty trainers before giving free-post address which I refused to do and was given the free-post address.

The only gripe I have is that fact that you STILL charge £4.99 for home delivery 📦 it's scandalous!

Well, my partner wanted to get 2 band t-shirts on the 2 for £27 offer but the offer wouldn't work, tried a few times and it still wouldn't work. we had ordered my converses off the site in the same order purely due to them being cheaper than anywhere else ( but as it turned out this order was way more expensive that we wanted it to be!) so I couldn't find a customer service phone number only store phone numbers and a rubbish email service on your website...I thought I'll try calling your Birkenhead store (closest I've to us) to see if they could help me or if they had a customer service number. The guy I spoke to ( I didn't take his name) was the most unhelpful person going, saying there was no number and that they couldnt help!!!!! Shocking! After asking numerous times, I eventually got a phone number off him... I then rang the number and got through to a lovely lady who was really helpful(I think her name was Rebecca?) she advised me that she will look into the tshirt offer and get back to me. She rang back but I missed the call, she left a message to say we have to buy two of the same tshirts eg. 2 Beatles tshirts?? Why would you want to buy 2 of the exact same tshirts when there were other band tshirts in the offer??My partner wanted 2 different tshirts... he decided to get them in the end as he needed them...your advertising is not very clear! As it turned out they were too big so swopped one and sent the other one back... then you had the cheek to request that we paid postage to send our returns back after paying full price delivery! Oh and the converses were in the wrong box that said size 40 not size 39 that was in the box, which really confused me! Absolutely shocking service, from what used to be my favourite store, you've gone down hill... will not be shopping with you again... one very unhappy customer 😡

Can't believe in this day and age that you can't order instore for collection instore. Had to order online and collect from Sports Direct, a store I refuse to shop in

I ordered a pair of converse shoes, they arrived very quickly, I cannot fault the delivery however when they arrived the box was in a very bad condition! Not impressed

8 days for delivery to a shop ( Thought it would have been quicker this way ) Emailed twice for update and was ignored twice !! Even tried via Twitter and was also ignired ..

Had an email on Sunday 26/02/17 to confirm that item had left warehouse. That was the last contact I had from USC. Despite emailing asking where my item was. On the offchance I popped into local sports direct yesterday to find my item had been there since Monday.

Coat delivered without its belt! Couldn't send a replacement belt!! I was inconvenienced had to go to town to sports direct to send coat back! Have to wait for the pick up then the replacement to be sent, missing the whole weekend I needed the coat for.

I ordered a pair of trainers and when they arrived it was quite clear one of them had been worn, and it wasn't just from someone trying them on, the sole was quite scuffed on one of them and pretty dirty, the other was fine. I did keep them after getting a discount of 25%, however this was only because they were a birthday present and I didn't have the time to go out looking for something else.

I ordered a Levis belt and I was surprised to see the belt tied with a zip tie. The belt is damaged because of that zip tie.

The order was fine however i was very disappointed to find out that even after seeing an advertisement for free click and collect delivery, you still charged me £5. I understand that you give a voucher out in store that i receive, however it was pretty useless to find out that it rang out on the same day.

Great item, but ordered from USC click & collect to gain the £5 voucher but has to pick up item from sports direct & received a £5 voucher for sports direct instead of where I wanted at USC
