I ordered two footwear items. One was fine and brand new as is expected the second was a used pair of Badley marked Converse trainers. Which were the more expensive out the two. Then to add insult I was offered a 10% discount off the full price I'd payed for what should have been brand new trainers but turned out to be second hand. Very bad after service and incomparable staff.

my first order with you and i selected and paid for next day delivery but it didnt turn up until the day after, so not great first impressions

I ordered Converse shoes in the size 42,5. I was delived shoes in the size of 41,5 From your website I gather that I need to pay for returning this incorrect delivery. I do not think this is fair. Please let me know if there is any other possible course of action.

I discovered that if you require to send items back say if they did not fit then it costs the buyer to send them back even though you have paid delivery cost ? Not good enough ?

Usually you are reliable and I am happy with the products I purchase online. But, on this occasion, two large items were faulty. The first, a jacket, had a security device still attached to it! Obviously I cannot remove it so it had to go back. Also, within the same package, the detachable hood to a parka coat was completely missing! It also has dust all along the base of the coat (like it had been dragged on a floor) and damage to the hem. Both items had to be sent back and as I am not currently UK based this was to my expense.

USC really need to think about the courier provider that they use. Updates using my tracking number told me that my parcel had been delivered and signed for when nothing had arrived. It took 3 days for ,y parcel to arrive after being told I had already 'signed' for it. Although the prices and products are good you are really let down by delivery and I will have to think again about buying from you.

that was very poor service. The item was sent to me was not in original package and visibly was torn out, but I do not understand why it was sent. It cost me additional time and cost to return the item. it was not fair!!!??

The shoes I had ordered were of poor quality; the brand name wasn't clear on one of the shoes and it seemed like they had already been worn. Had to return the shoes. Was not happy.

I ordered my daughter two pairs of converses size 1. What I received where 2 size 1/12 that are way to big for my daughter so I shall be returning them. It would be nice if you could send the right shoe size.

You have sent out a request, however one week on I still have not yet received an an email to say order is ready to collect. Bought a pair of knickers in store at your EK branch, only one pair but needed another for my other girl. Was advised to order on line for a quick deliver! Confused and slightly annoyed as needing for school, would hfs been quicker going to another shop

Still haven't received my order being almost 2 weeks. Really difficult to get in contact with and very slow replies. USC and Hermes Courier all a shambles.
