“Return 4 tshirts to be exchanged waited 4 days an rang customer service to ask if received ask no email and they said wouldn't receive till 8 days later aargh a large company thought things was poor service”

“Had to return a couple of items, unfortunately, they dont refund your money only via a credit note. Very old fashioned way of dealing with returns. Dislike being held to ransom by a company that wont refund money..... Once I have used my credit note I wont be shopping there again, will also inform fellow family members and friends not to shop there.....”

“I've ordered Levis boots from USC last week and received the order on Sunday the 19th, from the first hour of use, the front of the shoes damaged for some reason. I always buy Levis boots but never experienced this before. I took pictures, and sent to USC, no reply, no case number or anything. My email simply ignored. Next time I would rather buy my boots from Amazon, as they have excellent customer service and free delivery.”

“Went for next day delivery however the items weren't delivered for 2 days. I have asked USC for a refund of the delivery however they have ignored me for the last week and have still to get back to me.”

“I ordered some shoes and T shirts. One T shirt had ink on the back of it. Would have sent it back but because you don't do free returns it was pointless. Had problems before and I probably would order online again”
