Shopping online was fine quality of jeans very poor gutted have to send bk not like that used to be when sold in republic shops.

after I had got my delivery from sports direct , when I got them home they had sent me the wrong shoes , so another trip to Meadowhall for the girl at usc to tell me , yes the shoes are in the wrong box , so now I'm waiting the correct item of shoes to be delivered 😡

Just received my jackets with tags on really disappointed with the service who is paying for the delivery of the returns to have the tags removed?

My experience when purchasing a product from USC wasn't problematic at all. However, the driver of the company that was used to deliver the product wasn't very friendly. The shirt I bought also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I seen that the driver lit a cigarette as they drove away, prompting me to believe that the smell on the shirt came from the delivery van. Thankfully after I washed the shirt the smell had gone. Needed to return the item but not precise instruction are available from the website, and no possibility to get in touch with USC. Sent an email on Friday 14/4 and have not got any reply so far after 7 days.

I ordered a hoodie and when it came the zips didn't work. I phoned USC customer service and the lady I talked to seemed as if she didn't know what she was talking about and pretty much told me I'd have to drive an hour to the nearest shop just so have a chance of getting it exhaled before the date I needed it for. I drove for an hour to the nearest store ro wxhange it to find out it wasn't in stock. I had to look for another hoodie as a result of this and was left rather annoyed that the customer service assistant was so blunt and rude when dealing with this over the phone and also the fact that she seemed very stupid.

I was really shocked to find out that I couldn't return an item bought online back to the store. Paying £5 for delivery (collect from store which is normally free from other companies) and then having to pay another £5 to return the item is really poor customer service. For this reason I would not buy from USC again, as although the prices are competitive, the delivery and returns makes it more expensive than buying from other retailers and you are left feeling frustrated at paying a substantial amount for delivery and returns.

The staff in USC were very helpful. The items ordered online arrive when they were supposed to. However the staff in Sports Direct were extremely unprofessional and rude. I was disappointed that I had to pay £6.99 delivery which on returning the good to be exchanged for a smaller size this was not refunded. The staff in the shop cannot order on behalf of a customer which resulted in me paying another £4.99 delivery to have the replacement size sent for store collection. Other stores offer shop delivery free of charge. Very disappointed.

I ordered size 10 trainers. The trainers came in a size 10 box. The trainers were actually size 9. Somebody thought they could add size 9's into the box and I wouldn't notice. It was my first ever purchase from USC.

Ordered 3 items - only 2 arrived. I've been told that the missing item was scanned and dispatched etc and I'm currently waiting on a response as to what the next steps are if I'll be getting a refund. In the meantime so that I have the missing time in time for the planned holiday it was for I've had to buy it a second time incurring a further higher delivery fee. Which hopefully will be refunded. Never had any issues prior and mistakes happen so I do intend to keep using you. Assuming this gets resolved.

white dress came delivered with make up stains on the top of it. I would expect this if bought in the shop but as it was ordered online should not have been given in this state

For the second time I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it. Feel I should get a refund but your customer service don't answer enquiries so pointless asking.

Description of the product (jeans) is wrong. They meant to be 'loose' but they are 'skinny'. Had to return the item. Competitive price though and delivery reasonably fast.

I was a little unhappy to find out i had to pay for the return of an item, which cost me £5. However i had paid for delivery of £6. What a waste and because of this I will not be ordering from yourselves again! We don't live in a city, so we won't therefore be using your store again.

I ordered a denim dungaree dress dark blue and I received a cord skirt black with the dungaree dress dark blue tag on it. So I had to call your customer service to complaint about it. She said that she would send me the free postage address to my e-mail, but I think she didn't really check the e-mail address she got in the system. I had to call again the following day to ask if I can get the free postage address. I am not impress with the service.

I knew there was a product in stock at my particular size, another store had told me so. The information given to me was that the stock had been removed from the shelf and was in the storeroom as is most of the stock. I know your computerised inventory is accurate, one only has to visit the sports direct store to see that. It must be a connected/ combined system for USC. I showed the sales assistant the code and stock number but without looking at it, she said they are not in stock. She pointed to a pair of similar shoes on the shelf and said these are all we have. So I had a wasted trip into the city and ordered the shoes on line. Not bothered attitude comes to mind. At least she should have made the effort to check the information I was attempting to give her. My first experience with USC, totally different to the superb service I always get at sports direct.

I ordered a pair of Calvin kleins as a present however when they came the box was really damaged, coming apart at the corners, squashed and cellotaped up! It's really disappointing considering the price for the item/ postage.
