If delivery is missed due to unforeseen circumstances after being paid for, adjustments still aren't an option (via hermes OR USC) - I have two stores next to my apartment which have Hermes collection and I would have opted for them however I wasn't aware of my circumstances come the time of attempted delivery initially (4:45pm). parcel returned after 3 attempts of delivery to my home instead of being left at a collection store locally,

I have bought many things from USC but the purchases I bought this time were very poorly packaged. The sizes were not anywhere near the size they should have been.. The belt I ordered arrived damaged and I was generally disappointed this time and will think twice before placing any further orders.

it wasn't portrayed clearly that when I opted for a click and collect that I would have to pay the delivery charge on top.

Wrinkled and in bad condition one of my t shirts was torn... took you 4 days to reply to my complain...not happy at all

Customer service is not good the reason why I phoned them was because of my parcel and I waited for a long time and they did attend my call but they disconnected and this call costed me money .

when an item of clothing is sent out with an obvious fault and package already opened I don't understand why I should have to pay for delivery to return the item when it is no fault of mine. this cost me £5 just to get a refund..

I still haven't got my order I've emailed you about this and have received no reply .not very happy as I have paid and wanted item for my holiday .and looks like I won't get it in time . Please email me back with a response. Mark Andrews

Placed an order with you on the 23/4/17 and I am still waiting for it have email you twice for help but had no reply, the courier is saying there is a problem with the address but it's news to me what can the problem be

The cargo pants I ordered were nothing like the ones shown on the picture on the website. Apart from the colour being the same the actual design was very different. Not impressed to be mis-sold an item! The cargo pant that got delivered was on the website in a beige colour on sale, however I was charged full price for the same pants but in a different colour!

I got the wrong colour variation of a certain mipac bag and im very dissapointed however the one i got is decent quality. I would like a refund or something.

Ordered a Vans shoes (Order number USC40000035538912). Shoes side rubber part coming off in just 2 days of wearing them.

Items arrived quickly, however I was disappointed with quality of the packaging for the boxer shorts as it was a gift. The box was open and grubby. Overall I would not purchase from USC again when buying gifts.

I have received faulty goods, but am expected to pay postage to return and then again to have them replaced, I have already paid £5.83 to have them delivered.

I ordard 4 pairs of Calvin Klein boxers all 2 in one box and 2 in another box both had been opened and taped together one box with two pair in was ok the other box with two pair in were different material and were terrible I won't be ordering again

I ordered 3 replay tshirts 2 were okay 1 had hole in the middle and was torn I have sent back and have to pay the cost surely they check the shirts before they leave the shirt was really poor won't be ordering online in the future
