“The whole process was very slow. I even emailed usc asking where my order was, which I heard no response. I then get an email to say that part of my order has been cancelled due to insufficient stock. This email was nearly 2 weeks after placing my order. Due to these issue I will not be buying anything from usc again.”

“I decided on the click and collect option. I paid 4:99 for the service. It took a week for my stuff to come. Poor to say the least.”

“Delivery took 8 days from confirmation. Hermes suggested they attempted delivery but didn't do so as no card was left and the doorbell wasn't rung (I was in the whole day)”

“So far I have not received my goods. Dhl notified me that I am about to receive them in 12 days from the purchase date. I am definitely not happy about such an experience especially considering the facts that I paid for the delivery and goods are not being dispatched from "Africa". In comparison I had an experience of shopping with Next four days ago and the order was delivered within 3 days and even more it was free. From my point of view I can rate such shopping experience as excellent. As to USC my final hope is that goods will be at least in good condition.”

“I did order jumpsuit and t-shirt Jumpsuit was the main things I want it as I ordered t-shirt as I paying the delivery 4.99£ I received the email the jumpsuit is not available anymore and sent the email that I don't want this t-shirt as I have to pay still delivery charge.not respond Then the order arrive and is said white but came grey Not going to Shoping from USC again As is not the first time item to be out of stock”
