Placed an order early on Thursday morning, had to pay for click and collect service. Order wasn't received in the store until the following Saturday. Very poor service, then received a £5 voucher to allow me to spend more money inside your store. No thank you

You are encouraged to collect your items from store but you cannot return them to store! You have to print a returns form out and post back! It's like the dark ages! Put me right off ordering in the future.

On the whole I am extremely happy with the products and cost. However, I placed an order on next day delivery to ensure I had the items for a trip. There was a problem with the sizing so I emailed straight away. The first response was extremely fast but sadly the subsequent ones weren't and I couldn't have the items for the trip and still have to return them. Let down 😥😥

Shoes came labeled as "Black", they were actually brown, sure, not USC fault but feel like it's a rip off not offering free returns, get a big order and end up spending a tenner to send them back.

The order seemed to take long time to arrive. But mostly the packaging was poor looked like some of it had been tried on before and not properly put back and the packed. Most clothes we ordered did not fit sizes seem out of sink so disappointed and had to return most stuff. Returns labels not great that was sent either not enough space to write it all on.

Having to pay another lot of postage to exchange my order for a larger size. Most shops/ websites offer free exchange and even returns.

MY hoodie turned up with no zips attached down one side. Delivery time was good just a shame the item was broken

Shocking delivery by Hermes, they Left a card with no contact details on and on the 3rd attempt left the items in the black bin.

Both pairs of shorts turned up. Both are labelled as being the same size but one pair is dramatically smaller than the other. Yes I could have bagged it back up and found a post office to return them but it's hassle, when I'm busy with work and used mail order for convenience. Probably won't be using you again as the quality of product varies too much over the same product.

Not happy with the product Packageing was very poor Almost felt like the time was picked up from hanger and shoved in a black bag The item has some loose threads - ended up returning the item Don't think I will recommend anyone

I've bought 2 DKNY sleeve long Tshirt - navy code 54897472350. The colour is much lighter than thay are on the website. But the worst is that one of them has a small tear on it. So i'm really disappointed about that item!

Bought an item in the shop for £21.99 was told not refundable credit note only when I went to exchange for a bigger size and there were no stock, Told to take a credit note then order online using the credit note supplied however this cost me a further £4.99 postage even for click and collect, so decided to have home delivery. Item came and had a hole in the back, so had to return for replacement at my expense another £2.52. shorts finally arrived today and are ok but I've spent £29.50 and it's took nearly 2 weeks. I wont be shopping here again.

Very expensive delivery £5 for click and collect in store, which I assumed would be next day but still had to wait 5 days to get them! When phoned customer services lady was very blunt and rude. Box was damaged when came but contents was fine.

We received a credit note from Yeovil store, it was unclear when to put in the number online. Therefore we went into store for help. The staff in the store were not very helpful and told us to just go away and try it again.

Bought a pair of Vans in a sale. Both shoes marked as size nine but one was physically a size seven! Obviously seconds.
