Missing 2 items an still not refunded over a week later. States parcel signed for when it was left outside my door

I was disappointed the items I ordered could not be delivered to store so I had to pay £5 for delivery and the flip flops I ordered in a 6 were actually a 5/6 so too small and the 8 were a 7/8 so too small and now I have to pay to send them back.

One of the items I received still had the security tag attached and it is going to cost me to send that back.

I bought a Tommy Bsc Flag Lgo top was faulty product so I send it back but I still didn't reseived the full refund for this item .

USC were unable to track the order with the courier and lost it; and were unwilling to provide recompense for the inconvenience.

The product arrived ok however the sizing was out and would have returned but having to pay the return postage was a pain and not easy to do Most other retailers give you free postage refund labels to drop at a local store

Found jeans to be super skinny fit rather than skinny as described, also paying for returns isn't to the customer satisfaction considering other major clothes retailers have a free returns policy, won't be shopping with USC again.

Items were great, speed of delivery was good, but was disappointed by fact you had to pay for returning items. It is the only one I have used where this is the scenario. Various shoes ordered in two different sizes meant it cost me £12 to return them by the recommended delivery service. The other websites all use Collect Plus. It's put me off using the site again.

Bad Customer Service. I ordered some items for Holiday, I also added a pre order item to the order and had not noticed. They put my entire order on hold due to the Pre Order item, which had a two month wait. instead of sending my order and then the pre-ordered one item when it arrived. So I complained. they released my order and cancelled the pre ordered item as this was the only way they could send it out to me. As a week had gone by, half my order was now out of stock, and when it arrived two of the items still had a security tag attached... so I had to drive to my local store to get it removed. whenever you speak to customer service they are so blarzay, with copied and pasted responses and don't actually think about you as a customer, so relaxed in the responses back and it was all my fault. Never use them again, go to ASOS, much better service

Everything was fine until the moment that you get charged £5 to deliver to the shop , plus you can't return any items at the shop and you have to post them ! No one said that to me when I was at the shop at the beginning and they didn't have the right size and and they made it sound so straightforward just to order it online but oh no it wasn't! First time and last that I will buy anything from this shop.

I was surprised at the returns policy in that we have to pay for returns and also all refunds take 2 weeks to be sent back.

Its just your policy I paid for delivery then had to pay to send items back - this is unacceptable how you don't have free click and collect and return to your strore is a joke in this day an age, I like your store and products bit order less due to this
