“En varias ocasiones, he recibido el pedido mal: una el producto llegó defectuoso y en otra una talla diferente a la comprada. En estos casos, los gastos de devolución corren por cuenta del cliente; debería haber un tope de compra para que los gastos de envío fuesen gratuitos.”

“After spending a fair amount of money on clothes and then on delivery, I then had to spend money again on returning items! Not impressed at all - ASOS is free delivery and free return. Will not be using your services again”

“I ordered 2 t shirts in the sale at £13 each with £5 delivery charge which seemed excessive. You then cancelled 1 of my t shirt orders which meant I paid £5 delivery cost for a £13 T shirt which I find ridiculous”

“Firstly I haven't received correct order. Than I have sent two emails and I haven't received any replay. I have found contact number which is not available on the is IS home pagr and I'm waiting for replacement for last 3 days and my order at the moment is 3 days with transport company.”

“Not having free returns or exchange means paying over the odds firstly for delivery then a return. Other retailers offer free delivery and returns and its peace of mind for the customer. Cmon USC sort this out.”

“paid delivery, items not true to size, far too small, i then had to meet the return delivery cost, was then given a credit note to use in store, ordered same tops in bigger size, another delivery charge...still too small and different colour from original order...again have been left to pay returns cost....terrible delivery charges and returns policy....never again”

“First ever order with usc. Polo shirts u purchased were advertised at 2 for £30 but up on checkout went through at £20 each . Paid £6.99 for next day delivery and items didn't arrive the next day instead 2 days later .”

“Ordered a jacket didnt arrive for 3 weeks and got accussed saying i recieved it then orderd a t shirt shoe and pants on next day delivery it said it had all items in it it only had two so i had to reorder it and by then it was out of stock”

“Paid for next day delivery and turned up a day late. Went to try on joggers to find half the security tag with a spike on it in the back pocket which could have stabbed me if i'd have sat down.”

“Ordering was easy and quick delivery. Ordered 4 pairs of shoes to get an email 2 days later with them half price. Called customer services and was told they couldn't refund the differnce. Price difference was £88 not happy!!”

“I orders items that arrived with the security tag still on, when I emailed customer service I have never had a response! Very poor service £48.00 worth of clothing that I am unable to use!”

“The shoes which arrived were two different colours. I had ordered them for a wedding and paid for next day delivery to arrive in time. In the end I had to go back to a USC store to exchange them the evening before the wedding and won't see the delivery costs reimbursed.”
