“I ordered a Junior size 5 shoes for my son. On arrival it was a adult size 5 because my feet fit in the shoes with lots of room. The box the shoes came in state it is a junior size 5 so i am wondering how it fits me? Sooo disappointed i had to go buy shoes else where because to return it i would have to pay. why cant ucs deliver and return their goods through their own store rather than using sport direct? gutted not sure ill order via your online service ever again! this is the second time this happen.”

“Products came in specified time as I paid the extra for next day delivery but one still had the security tag on and as it was a birthday present I ended up having to go to a local Sports Direct shop where they kindly removed it but I saw the same item in there so could of saved myself the delivery charge!”

“Order came fine, one pair of trainers were worn and filthy, like they were second hand !!! You can't even take items to be returned to a USC shop to exchange ! First time I have ordered from USC doubt I will bother again. Not the best service as new customer.”

“I have already emailed complaint but the Converse Shoe I ordered were different colours -the right shoe looked like it had faded and had a stain on the front left. I was also disappointed that I had to pay for return postage - the shoes shouldn't have been sent in that state in the first place. I returned them Sat 8 July.”

“For some reason one of the tops I ordered went through as two and I was unable to cancel the order. The returns policy is poor and in the end it is not worth returning anything. The sports top I bought could do with being next suze up but again,not worth returning and paying recorded delivery. I only ordered because I had a credit note from in store again very poor returns policy. I will not shop online or in store with USC again despite there being some really nice items for sale.”

“Dear Customer Service, Somehow my purchased items is still on the way since 2nd June. It's beyond the standard delivery time, and also sad because the shipping costs nearly 9 GBP to here, and as I see the pack is still in BRUSSELS, Belgium and it contains a birthday gift. DHL shows we'll going to get it tomorrow but I can hardly believe it. As a repeat customer I'd really appreciate your answer. Regards, Andras”

“Having paid £6.99 for a next day delivery between 9:00 and 21:00, the order did not arrive. Problems of misdirecting the order at the hubs were responsible. The order then did not arrive until after 9:00 am on the Monday.”

“I had to order something as I had a credit note to use up but the fact that there us a delivery charge when collecting from the store is totally frustating and annoying. Also, then after paying for delivery the order has then taken nearly a week to arrive? poor service”

“Part of my order was missing which is really unusual I have shopped with usc a lot and never had a problem, the bad review is more about how usc have dealt with me over the missing item I have had to take a photo of packaging and email several times and the matter still not resolved”

“Buying on website was no bother. When it came to delivery it took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls 2 emails to eventually find out where items. I would not do online buying with using hermes. Items are great otherwise”

“Orders some converse trainers to take on holiday. Paid for next day delivery so they would arrive a day or two before I flew. But they they arrived I had size 7 trainers in a size 9 box :( so they will be returned when I get home from my holiday”

“I ordered a white G Star Raw classic t-shirt from the website which looked white in the photos. I also ordered the same t shirt in a number of other colours. When the "white" t-shirt arrived it was more like beige so I had return it and request a grey colour as I had all the other colours in the range. To return it cost me £4 which I found really unfair as the colour of the shirt on the website was clearly white.”
