Lacking in customer service in store and online. Delivery charge is way too high for such a small company.. although, the item I ordered I did love! Don't think I will order from USC again due to such high delievery charges and also there never being any discount codes/promotions which could probably compensate for the high charge of delivery!

The delivery charge is way to high for such a small company like yourselfs, it's so ridiculous! There is never any discount codes going which would probably compensate for the high delivery charge ! But you don't offer much that side of things. Your customer service in store and online is lacking very much. Although, I did love my item I ordered. Don't think I will purchase again from you.

I ordered a size five dainty converse for next day delivery. When I opened them I tried them on and I was sent a size six which I wasn't happy about.I rang my local store and spoke to someone and they said to take them to the store to be replaced but they said I had to return them the same day.My order didn't get to my home till after six in the evening.I had to pay somebody to take me to the store to change them so they cost me more than I wanted to.I wasn't very happy about this I paid for a service which I didn't get so I wasn't a very happy customer

I paid extra for next day delivery and delivery took two days. The delivery company themselves were excellent and kept me posted every step of the way. When I received my package all of the packaging was torn and damaged, the shoes particularly were slightly scuffed and has clearly been worn. I won't be shopping here again.

Went to collect my order from the store and when I got home to check my order there was a security tag still on the boot so had to drive back to store a couple of days later to have it removed, at a cost to me.

Still waiting for my item to be delivered. Supposed to arrive Thursday 20th, it's now Tuesday 25th. Although this is the fault of MyHermes delivery, still not impressed and will likely not buy from USC again.

The returns policy for USC is (seemingly deliberately) extremely inconvenient for the customer. I did a click and collect order for USC goods at a Sports Direct store. Two of the four items I ordered did not fit and I returned to the nearby Sports Direct the next day in the off chance I would be able to return the goods in store. To my surprise the girl seemed happy to process the return until she got to the dreaded word you hear in Sports Direct more than anywhere else on earth 'credit note only'. When I stated I wanted a refund it now became seemingly impossible for Sports Direct to handle these returned items 'we don't really have much to do with the internet business'. Yeah..... except it was fine a second ago when you were more than happy to give me a credit note. I was also told that I cannot even return the goods to a USC store for a refund. I have to post these items back myself at my own cost. One of the main reasons for ordering through the website of a high street store is the ability to click and collect and return items to the store if they don't fit. Sport Directs policy on 'no refunds' (along with the convenient lack of mirrors and changing rooms in there stores) is clearly designed to get a hold of a customers money and never ever give any of it back. It is also the main reason I would absolutely shop anywhere else other than Sports Direct if it can be avoided. The long and the short of it is that whilst these policies are still in place I will no longer consider ordering from USC, Sports Direct, Cruise or any other companies within this group. Socks and sweatbands is probably the biggest risk I would take from Sports Direct. It is absolutely astonishing in this day and age that someone thinks these policies are a good idea long term for a business. Oh - and I feel embarrassed for the Sports Direct staff who have to explain these policies to customers when they quite clearly do not agree with them themselves. On the odd occasion I find myself in Sports Direct there is almost always a disgruntled customer trying to understand why they cant have their money back.

The shoes I ordered did not fit and the bag was smaller than I thought. Not USCs fault. I collected in store so returned them immediately. I was told I could only get a store credit refund, not my money back. Surely this is illegal?

My first order with USC and the Levi shirt did not arrive and I have been charged for. Customer service is shocking as there is no phone number. I emailed on Friday and have heard nothing.Please email me. Ewanbaird@ymail.com 07772147556

Paid for next day delivery as I had the day off work. Parcel did not arrive. Hermes eventually delivered the following evening after id taken a further day off work. Disgraceful! The delivery driver claimed they had tried to deliver to the wrong address (same excuse as last time)

Everything went smoothly until I received my product and found that it didn't fit. however, the problem occurred when I realised that I could not get a refund at the store, and instead have to pay for my return , on top of the already overpriced click and collect at £4.99. The only company I know that does not offer refunds in store and also requires you to pay for returns. Will not be buying from USC/sports direct again

Ordered a belt online for £14 and received in good time but with a sale label attached stating it was in a sale for £7. Obviously plucked from a branch and lebel not removed. It seems that when puchasing online you don't benefit from the prevailing rates so I would avoid online purchases. Feel a bit cheated, about 50% actually.

Not happy with the fact that products are priced differently online to instore. When speaking to an assistant we were told that they couldnt match the online price
