Ordered online and paid postage and packing and when I wanted to return the item I was told I had to pay to return the item I think this is disgusting and I will never order online from the company again and if you take the item to the shop you can only get a credit note or exchange and you don't get your post and packing back

I am disappointed that I cannot take returns to the store and have to pay for them.

Good communication. Ordered online,item didn't fit but when I took it in store they could only exchange not refund. Dissapointing indeed. Had to pay the postage to return aswell so therefore I've wasted more money. From now on I'm just going to the store rather than spend money on this website

The item I ordered was not the item delivered. I picked up my items in USC Bradford, when returning the item back into store, they would not accept it but only a credit note!!! I had to return via Royal Mail which cost me. I am a regular shopper with USC online as well as in store mostly Sheffield. I am disgraced with your returns policy!!! The rest of the items were good but as I am a large man my sizes vary depending on the designer!!! Thank you

Ordered a shirt, great value and came relatively quickly. Product had no inner packaging was not folded and and all in all arrived in a poor state.

One of the trainers I ordered is not white, they are off white. The other pair I ordered did not come with the white Puma logo, they came in the Black. I will need to reorder. I will order from USC again

I bought online from USC but could only return the item to footlocker. This caused so much hastle. Really unhappy with this setup. Every other retailer allows you to return to the sme company you bought the item from, at any branch

My order went through on Thursday and I was given the option of paying for next day delivery. I paid for next day delivery to my office for the Friday. The first attempt at deliver wasn't made until the Saturday, at which point there was obviously no one around. If I'd known delivery would have been Saturday, I would have had delivered to home and not paid the premium amount for delivery

I really enjoy shopping online and both my fiance & I have made several generous purchases in the last 3 weeks. I leave for South Africa today and I still have not received my order which is very disappointing. Hermes is the worst service and it is because of the poor service I will never purchase from USC again. I am happy to explain what happened but you would need to call me, Thanks Sheena

Ordered s pair or shoes for my grandaughter to go on holiday paid for next day delivery and they took 48 hours to deliver. My grandaughter had to go without them. Will never use again

We had a large order and not everything we received was suitable. I'm disappointed that we had to pay to return the items via post. We were informed that we could return to store for credit note only. I don't think this is very customer friendly , and this prehistoric approach would deter me from ordering from USC in future. This coercive approach makes it unnecessarily awkward to get your own money back.

i ordered a small got a small but it didnt fit! all smalls uptil now have fit me but this top unbelievable!

I bought 2 pairs if trainers my husband, for our holiday to spain which we are currently on and one pair,lacoste blue, the stiching has all come away after 2 wears i don't even think they will last 2 weeks. I pair gor returns costing 7.00 then when i get home i will have to pay for them to be returned and poor quality not what i would expect from a designer brand

I paid for delivery in to store however I was very disappointed that this took 7 days. I tried to call the store several times and got no answer. I emailed customer services who took their time in getting back to me. Needless to say I will not be shopping with USC online again.

Spent almost £100 and still had to pay for postage, on arriavl the package was in the bin with a note through the door. All 3 shoe boxes were mangelled and ripped. Love the shoes though
