Security tag left on so now have to travel an hour away to my nearest store to get it taken off

The clothes were literally thrown into the bag. No care had been taken at all. They all look like seconds tbh. And the delivery bag was black with dirt/dust

Delivery was a nightmare. Trainers are nice for the price but wouldnt order from them again. Also i saw the trainers in a shop and they said didnt have them in my size. When i got home and looked online they were online but the staff member didnt offer to order them in for me. I also think that paying £4.99 to pick up from store which is the same price for home delivery is ridiculous.

I had a missing item in my recent order but have been charged for it have emailed twice to no response from customer services or refund of the value of 17.99 I would hope this could be followed up asap as it's not the best customer service experience Regards Paula Russell

Apart from the £6 next day delivery witch is the most expensive I have came across My sons school trouser came with the button. Missing we found this was missing as he was trying them on to be jagged in his leg with the metal bit off The bug had been put in the pocket along side the button of the waist !!! Not really acceptable I'd say have sent all items back.

Staff in shop quite ignorant never looked up to serve me and when I wanted to spend the £5 voucher was told abruptly that the size of garment I wanted was out of stock in the shop and she couldn't order it and if I ordered it could not use the voucher online

The items delivered all had damaged/ sliced open packaging. Also for a £100 purchase, i would expect free delivery/ priority delivery. Additionally after paying for the delivery, i was not able to have the items delivered to the store, therefore i feel very restricted for my options for a service which i paid for. A number of delivered items where also incorrect picked at the warehouse, however there is no option on the return form that states 'i received incorrect items', it put the onus/ fault on me. And subsequently there is no free return post for this, again the expectation is that i have to pay for return postage for items that were sent incorrectly from the warehouse. Thank

I was very disappointed when I opened my parcel to see the clothes I had orderd all scrunched up as if they had been thrown in to my delivery bag.not the service I expect.i spend a lot of money with you and expect better next time.

My last experience is not good with you guys. I don't know how to feel about it. I like your store, like the price policy and the range. But your client service attitude makes me feel baaaaaaaad. It is been already more than a month since my order. The order stuck in Poland. And after my emails, you client service repeats the same thing - here is the tracking number, the order is on its way... Really? Is it really on its way? I feel that I communicate with auto-reply. I hope it is just some kine a little problem and you will help me to fall in love you guys again. But for now I put a bad mark to you.

Ordered trainers at 6:14pm on a Sunday and paid for next day delivery for them to arrive on the Monday and it changed my purchase time to 7:14 so i couldn't receive them the next day but still paid next day delivery

Hello, I bought the Cruyff Navy Rain Coat from in store at your Princes Street, Edinburgh branch on 11th July 2017 for £48.00. On 27th July one of the zip up buttons broke off. Naturally I returned to the store to exchange it on 28th July but unfortunately they had no more in my size left in stock in store. I asked if they could get one sent from another store (like many other retailers would do) but was informed they would not do this. I then asked if they could order me one in from the online store. Again they refused and told me to order it online myself. I was given a refund of £48.00 to go buy the jacket again online as instructed by the staff member. Hence later that day on 28th July I visited your online store and bought the jacket again. It was still £48.00 but now I had to pay £4.99 postage fee and there was no option to waive this. I feel aggrieved firstly that I've had to waste my own personal time firstly by having to return to the store with faulty goods but then staff refusing to exchange it for another one by ordering one in from another store or online. I secondly feel aggrieved that I did as your staff member instructed and bought a replacement online but was then punished financially by having to pay an extra £4.99 for postage and packaging for an item that I didn't buy, or even want to buy, online anyway. Therefore not only has my time been wasted but I've also been financially penalised through no fault of my own. This frustrates me greatly and consequently I shall think twice before purchasing from your company again. I've never had such problems at Hollister, Superdry, or Next for example. I'm not one for complaining normally but I strongly feel this is something you should know about and hopefully rectify. With thanks and kind regards, Mr. Ehssan Sanii
