Goods were great. Can't believe I had to pay for postage having made an order over £100 thou, then had to pay for returns!

Ordered item on the 25th August still not arrived. Courier system says on its way to delivery 5 days ago. Unable to chase as no phone no to contact. Not very happy as my daughter needs item for school on Monday.

stupid charging a £5 delivery fee to have goods delivered to local store, then given a £5 voucher to spend instore. just another money making scheme from the man at the top of sportsdirect.

The clothes I ordered in a size medium, as I've been a medium for the past 10 years, didn't fit. They made me look like I was a kid wearing my dads clothes. Your sizing seems to be very hit and miss. Also, like it's not bad enough having to pay for postage in the first place I also had to pay return postage for the items that did not fit. In future I shall be ordering from one of your competitors that knows how to produce garments of the right size consistently and offers free postage and returns.

Ordered trainer no problem,order processed same day. Issued collection code 11 days later. I know my order was in store 3 days prior to receiving code. Your web site says delivery to store is only 5-7 days. Was not asked for I.D which your web site states.

I paid for next day delivery and the arrival date stated Wednesday 23rd August, however, they didn't arrive until Thursday 24th August. I find the confirmation of "not a purchase" disheartening when you feel that you have ordered something and provided your intent to buy when you could be told it is no longer in stock. On top of all that unfortunately the trainers purchased for my brother for his good exam results he didn't like so I've sent them back at my own cost unfortunately. So once I receive my refund I will have lost over £10 on pointless shipping costs which give you false hope as to when they will arrive. I don't feel that is good value for money and although you are significantly cheaper than other suppliers unfortunately the extortionate shipping costs have put me off using you again.

Item delivery. Courier Hermes failed to deliver my item, should have arrived Friday 25th, did not arrive. Recieved text from courier yesterday (29th) that my item was out for delivery, it did not arrive. Courier alledgedly tried to deliver but failed. No calling card was left and we recieved no visit from a courier. I have STILL to recieve my item.

Ordered two products, one of which was out of stock so I was only sent one. The other product was miraculously back in stock the following day but at £5 a pop postage I don't think I'll bother

Product as advertised delivery rubbish with Sports DIrect customer service very matter of fact about their poor courier service, they were terrible. My advice to you is change your courier

Belt had foot marks on it where someone had stepped on it in the warehouse. Also, I find your delivery policy incredible frustrating. Store collection should be free, potentially? I don't want store vouchers for Sports Direct However, the item itself was of good quality (bar the footprint on it).

well the trainers I bought were the wrong ones and usc did not make it easy for a refund or exchange the returns forn was blank from the download after spending 30 mins trying to download and print the form.I decided that a trip to medowhall to return them was the only way to be told only credit note or exchange.luckily you had some different ones read the returns policy before buying here

Sizing isn't accurate, I would say but a size bigger than you would normally take. The sweater I bought had very short arms, I' fairly confident its not meant for a UK market, having bought from China its sized like this. Also, I would normally return the items straight away, but given that you have to pay to return is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I picked up the order from a store so I dont see why I can't return to a store, its obvious that this is done to discourage people to send returns back. I'd say look elsewhere first.
