T shirt nothing as advertised. Discoloured, looks ancient and ready to fall apart. Not only had to pay for postage to collect from a shop also have to pay postage to return a terrible item of clothing.

Charged 4.99 for delivery item arrived looked like it had been thrown in bag as if for washing then had to pay 4.40 to return as item was too small which I know is not usc fault will not be ordering online again

Delivery Arrived at the desitination. On opening my items, the orginal packaging was in tatters. Hugo Boss Orange smashed. The Scotch & Soda package dirty and the bags part ripped. I assume the items must have retuned from a 1st source, never repacked and sent to me.!

Item not described in sufficient detail. Hoody I bought was a thermal / insulated hoody and way too hot to wear to the extent that I could feel myself sweating almost immediately when I put it on. Had it been described accurately I wouldn't have bought it but instead I have to pay to return it which I am very unhappy about.

Ordered two t-shirts, both in stock at time of ordering ...then I received a cancellation message for one of the t-shirts, saying it was out of stock ? received the other t-shirt as normal. called store in Braehead, they had it in stock, kept it by for me so I had to travel up to Braehead to pick it up....so not really impressed with stock management/stock control.

Bags already opened for the products purchased. Poor returns process. Why can't I return goods to sport direct? After all i can collect from there?

Purchased item online on Sunday with the delivery date due for Wednesday. It is now Saturday and still no package or any contact. Delivery service has been very poor.

The way the clothes were packed were discusting. They were rolled in balls and put in dirty plastic bags that wernt even sealed so when I received clothes they were out theres bags and had dirty marks on which i had to rubb of clothes. You dont expect this type of thing to happen. The people who send clothes out must not care about customer care

Even though my order was delivered a day early, I ordered a size 9 trainers and wasn't sent a size 7, now I have to send them back and they might not be backcourt in time for a present.

Partial refund and reason was given as changed mind even though id filled the form in as items too small !! Rediculous ! Not happy as i paid postage for next day of nearly £7 and postage to return !!! Digusted to say the least !!!!!!!

The Palladium boots that I bought on the website are showing the wrong colourway. They are showing the mahogany leather with dark khaki images. However when they have turned up they are the brown and moon colourway. After looking it does describe them as brown and moon on the website, but to be fair most people will buy them based upon the image, not the description. Although I already own a pair in that colour, I decided it easier to keep them than the hassle and cost to myself for returning them after already paying £6.99 for delivery.

I purchased a pair of junior converse for my daughter and the converse writing started to peel off after 1 hour of wearing and I also purchased a pair of faulty shoes which did not strap over my daughter's feet and she has really narrow feet so overall i am not happy and have got to mess about sending things back

Although the prices are competitive and quality of clothes are decent, the delivery costs and returns procedures are not as accommodating as other retailers. For example it costs the same for delivery to store or to home, other retailers offer click and collect for free. The courier they use are impatient. I would expect standards to be raised soon otherwise I do not think I will shopping online with USC anymore.

Delivery was a nightmare. Trainer's are nice for the price but i wouldn't order from them again. I saw the trainers in store but they didn't have my size. When i got home they had them online but the member of staff didn't offer to order them in for me. And i think £4.99 for dtore collection is ridiculous when its the same price for home delivery.
