“I ordered 4 items. You sent me 3 of the items I purchased, and a pair of socks. How the hell can you make this mistake? You must employ some pretty thick people that's all I can say!!!!!! Or they just don't give a damn, maybe both.”

“Products weren't very well packaged. Delivery service was not very well organised. No date or time given through tracking link. No option to leave in a safe place. Took 9 days to be delivered although I paid £4.99 for a standard delivery (3-5 days)”

“I ordered 2 pairs of converse and was charged £4.99 for delivery, however only one pair arrived. I read up about delivery on the site and it did state that if an item went out of stock it wouldn't be sent. I did not receive any email explaining my items wasn't in stock or was I offered a replacement. As I would not have sent for one pair of shoes at this delivery cost. I won't order online again in the future from usc.”

“Unfortunately I was sent the wrong shoes. I have been to many locations including Aberdeen, and glascow and no one carried my size. So I finally ordered them online and was sent the wrong version of the shoes I wanted. I also received them in a very bashed box, with discoloured sole on the shoes.”

“Package arrived with an item missing. Had to take a picture of the dispatch note, packing and write an explanation in an email. Received a response advising they have refunded me. I didn't want a refund, I wanted what I ordered. Customer service not that great either. The assistant didn't seem to bothered with what happened.”

“ordered 2 items with next day delivery. order was accepted and then one item was removed from the order after processing. meaning I paid for next day delivery for a single item which was not worth the additional cost. will not be using again.”

“We were delivered totally the wrong item..a pair of school shoes..rang up to get theseverything exchanged and explained we need the shoes ASAP. ..not yet even heard if the order has been processed 3 days later....need shoes now in 2 days not looking good.”

“brought 3 items, 2 items received were damaged [very clear damaged] ive sent them back and had to pay the postage ,not happy these items were sent to me in the state they were and being £10 out of pocket for the postage both ways, just hope i do not have to wait ages for my refund”

“T-shirts supplied with security tag still on, which i tried to remove and damaged the garment. Exact same size jeans bought in a different colour didn't fit and had to return at my expense. Cost £8.50 for recorded delivery.”
