Happy with purchases but when I ordered I forgot USC don't do refunds and I ordered 2 sizes of trainers for my son. I then realised after they arrived that I couldn't get a refund for a pair so shouldn't have purchased the two. Shops that don't do cash refunds i tend to stay away from as I don't agree with it and it puts me off high priced items. If you did better after sales I would order more online.

Customer service advisor could use a course in people skills as her attitude was appauling. Not only that I waited 3days for a reply each time. Shocking

I returned the boots for a refund as they were very strangely formed and uncomfortable. Since, I have received one email from USC saying that you have 'Amended' the order and that it has been 'Cancelled'. There is no mention here of the refund I am requesting. A lack of clarity on this matter is appalling.

If it's a click and collect I don't understand why there is a £4.99 charge. Sports direct does the same & you are the only online sellers I know who do that

The clothes I ordered were flung in the bag so when I opened it the clothes were all creased. I understand the parcel gets moved about etc but i would expect the clothes to be folded. Really disappointed with USC with my last few purchases.

USC didn't refund me for all my returned items...and when I questioned this they told me I had not returned them and proceeded to ignore my emails...nice!

The trainers when I received them were dirty and discoloured must of been display shoes

First of all delivery costs £5 and the product is not very comfortable so i wanted to return it. There is no delivery note or returns label in with the goods so i looked on website to find that you have to download and print returns label and it costs another £5 to return it. So that is £10 on top of the product of which i don't like if i was to send back but unfortunately i cant because i dont have a printer. So now I'm stuck with a pair of boots i dont want!!!!@

Wrong item deliveried in correct packaging. Ordered boxer shorts and got briefs . Other boxer shorts has security tag left on. Having to return items by post and pay for postage again having already paid £4.99. No telephone number/ email address to contact company. No option to take items back to store for exchange/ refund. Delivery on time

Shoes didn't arrive due to useless shipping company. No way of cummunicating with shippers and no response from UDC. Now waiting for a refund but suspect I will have to claim from credit card company.

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers that were too long but no mention of the leg length on the website. I then went to return them and had to pay the postage costs! Not good service at all when I'd already paid £5 for delivery which was already over priced!

I decided to purchase items using click and collect. The items took a long time to arrive and when in store to pivk it up staff weren't friendly or welcoming at all. My brother did buy a pair of shoes on the same day whilst in store and the service rwceived was appalling. The ahop assistant was more interested in going on hil break than to help my brother choose shooes. Will not shop at USC again sorry

The products were fantastic, however one of my items never arrived. I raised a query expecting t would just be shipped to me, but I have been advised that is not possible. They have said everything was scanned so must have been an issue at warehouse and could I send a picture of the packaging. I advised t came in 2 bags one with a hole in it and on my receipt the item missing was circled. I explained I did not have the packaging as it was just to plastic bags. I then received a reply over 24 hours later asking for the exact same thing. It is very frustrating especially when I made such a big order !!!

The expensive jacket that I purchased, arrived in a crumpled heap outside of the protective packaging. Not really what I would expect, luckily the item wasn't damaged.
