“I paid for next day delivery and placed my order in time for next day delivery but this service was not provided. I have sent emails to ask for a refund and still I have not had a response. Very poor”

“I paid for next day and got my shoes 3 days later then I didn't get the right size I ordered a 6 and it said that on the invoice and delivery note but you sent a 5. I have now had to pay to return them and still don't have any shoes I am still waiting for the correct size to be sent to me”

“I paid for next day delivery ordered sunday didn't arrive till Wednesday when you tried tout go on website you made it so difficult to tell u something went wrong. I'm still waiting for a reply and a refund . Very disappointed”

“you are selling Nike SB children's t-shirts - all under exactly the same offer "2 for £14" yet you can't pick and mix, you can only have two of exactly the same t-shirt to get the deal. absolutely ridiculous”

“Customer service non existent, when ordering a product that then goes out of stock you are unable to change your order had to make a second order to get a new jacket as the first one was out of stock and I also ordered t-Shirts, so ended up paying two delivery charges despite the orders being made on the same day and being delivered together”

“I paid for next day delivery 6.99 on orders before 4pm and I never received it took a day of work to wait in for it to come on the 2nd day won't be ordering again if that's the case as I paid that to be here and lost 55 pound day wage”

“The use of Hermes to deliver parcels let’s your service down I strongly recommend you look at alternatives, for the price you charge for NDD you can use the likes of UKMail or DPD. Absolutely shambolic! Still awaiting for my order to be delivered, which for one I paid Next day delivery and it’s been a WEEK.”
