Like the shop. Shame when you order online it cost £5 p&p. Top wasn’t great fit sent back for another £4. So £9 spent and nothing to show.

Had to spend due to revising a credit note for a previous store purchase as wouldn’t give a refund. The jeans didn’t fit we simply wanted to return them but they wouldn’t allow it. I then spent the £50 credit note online and some of the t-shirts were cheaper on the price tags than I paid online for.

Ordered 2 pairs of baby converse one came in great condition but other came scuffed , dirty and unable to use as they were white

Ordered on the Saturday, I paid for next day delivery which was for a Monday. They delivered on the sunday instead which wasn't expected so nobody was home. Unfortunately we did miss them on the Monday. I asked for it to be delivered to a different address the following day, this was accepted but yet it was still delivered to the original address so it was missed again. When we eventually got the parcel Wednesday the box was all broken which wasn't acceptable. The shoes were fine but seeing as I paid £37 for the shoes and £7 delivery this was shocking service. Im really not happy and will not be ordering with you again.

I'm not satisfied that one t shirt was cancelled from my order and I still haven't got refund. Also one top is not even close to size sx as it's much smaller than that. Apart of this everything else is ok.

Should of read the returns policy first wasn't happy to have to pay for delivery ( on an order over £100) and to pay for returning unwanted items myself

polo shirt didnt even have packaging, it was just thrown into yodel bag. it was scrunched up and not especially clean. had to pay for delivery and return postage. ordered same thing from asos in different colour. it was packaged properly, posted free and could also be returned for free.

Item was good and delivered promptly. However it did not suit..... The returns policy of having to go to the post office is very old hat..! And not convenient for most full time workers. Due to this I won't be ordering any items from USC again....

Packaging of the clothes was poor, Tommy Hilfiger shorts were dirty on the waistband due to the poor packaging. Cheetham hill store is ridiculous, cannot get a refund only a credit note and staff very unhelpful. Very busy on a weekend and not enough staff also don't seem to know their head from their arse!

Delivery was quick thank you. However when the soul cal coat arrived it is more of a navy colour. I double checked the tag and it said black so I thought it was maybe just the lighting. Wore the coat with black jeans and in the daylight it is definitely navy. I had purchased online specifically for this reason as black was not available in my local USC ( or so I thought, turns out the coats there are labelled black too although they are clearly navy) The stone roses top I bought was tight fitting so I went to the store beside me to exchange and the advisor would not accept my return as she said online is completely separate. I don't understand why I cannot exchange an item that is stocked in my local USC

I ordered a Henri Lloyd zip up hoody for my dads birthday. The first hoody I was sent had stitching all pulled by the Zip and it was runched, it was completely unwearable. When I rang up the local store to ask if I could exchange it in store I was greated by a very unfriendly member of staff who had no time for me and said and I quote "you've rang up already today to ask this and I don't have time for you, all you've done is moan" - I hadn't rang up, it must've been another customer as I had barely finished my sentence explaining what I wanted to know before he butted in and said this. Either way it was unprofessional. I ended up putting the phone down and going in store, fortunately I had a better member of staff help me, I've had to reorder it online with a credit note as it wasn't in store so hopefully this one is ok. The item was good apart from the stitching and the service in store was ok, but it was more the member of staff attitude who I spoke to on the phone that was completely unprofessional and rude that's put me off shopping here again.

I think it should no cost £5 to deliver to store not alot of other retailers do that!

My parcel never got delivered and I am still waiting to hear when I will be refunded. So I can't give a good review until then.
