Ordered 7 items, consisting of 4 t-shirts, a shirt, a pair of jeans and undrwear. When I collected the package , I thought it's such a small bag that all the items can't be in there. However, all items were in the bag, completely squashed and creased. A very poor presentation and a very poor way to package items.the jeans had been rooted up into a ball just to be able to squash them into the bag. Very dissapointed with the level of care taken

I am still yet to receive my product after ordering them a week ago and paying for next day delivery. The delivery company has only attempted delivery once!

Placed order in July never received anything so after few week went into account to find out they would not send out order as 1 item was not available !! So after trying to cancel the whole order through your system you still decide to send order out (in October 10 weeks later ) as a result I never excepted delivery and await my refund 👎

All my clothes were just thrown into a plastic bag and sent out. Also the security tag was left on the jacket.

No free returns or cash refund, only exchange or credit note (get up to date) for that reason I won't buy online again due to the hassle, cost and inflexible return policy. They do have a good range of low cost branded clothing but if it doesn't fit prepare for not being able to use that cash to purchase elswhere and either paying for postage or returning to a store..........mine is 15miles away!

I ordered a pair of size 10 kswiss as a present and paid £7.99 for next day delivery so I could give the gift on the person's birthday, the trainers arrived on time but they were a size 10.5 and were too big. I contacted your customer service advisors to see if they could rectify the problem as I had paid for next day delivery and had been given the wrong size. Your customer service advisors were less than helpful and actually lied to me and told me that the size 10.5 trainers I had were a size 10 and that it may say they are a size 10.5 inside the trainer but that they actually measured as a size 10, this was a complete lie!! The person who the gift was for wears a size 10 kswiss and when trying on the 10.5 they were clearly too big!! I sent the trainers back paying £3.90 to exchange them and have today received a size 10 pair of kswiss, just proving the point that two of your customer services advisors lied to me.. I have now paid 7.99 for next day delivery and 3.90 to exchange the trainers when the mistake was from your company and not me! I paid for the trainers to arrive on the 4th Oct and I now have the trainers on 12th Oct so I would like a refund for delivery or a good will gesture for delivery cost and the fact that your customers service advisors lie as part of their job role

The main reason for my order was a jacket, which I then opted for next day delivery. As I was then paying extra for this service, I added an extra two items to the order, if you like to make it more worthwhile. That afternoon, I received an email to advise the jacket was out of stock. There was no indication of this at the time I placed and paid my order. I then asked for the order to be cancelled, received an email the next day advising to not accept the delivery but by that time, it had been accepted. The two additional items I ordered were not suitable and its now costing me around £10 to return these. I have therefore spent nearly £17 (overnight delivery & return costs) and have nothing to show for this. I realise there is a free return service to USC shops, however, there are none near me. I wont be ordering from USC again. Very disappointed.

Most big companies have a free return policy and not only that I didn’t get a full refund coz of postage! Cost me £11 to order some trainers amd sent them back as they didn’t fit! Not very good for a major company like usc! Won’t be ordering from them again.

The item that I ordered was cancelled but a week later it was back in stock I had also ordered other items which meant that to receive my original order I had to reorder which cost me double in sending costs so disappointed

My order apparently went missing in the post. Even though according to tracking Hermes had it at their depo. Then once I emailed and got told my parcel was lost. I was offered a refund or to resend items. I asked for them to resend the items. Never heard back. So called up to find out the items I bought are now out of stock! Yet one of the pairs of shoes are still online in my size just not in sale anymore.

I made a order for my wife my order arrived 5 days later paying £3.99 for delivery, when opening then released this wasn't what I had ordered not even the right size but was the correct delivery note. Could not get in contact with the call centre to discuss this matter due to only having 14 days to return and unable to explain why sending this back to the call centre. £13 later I returned the ideas but if I'd got the correct order in first place I won't of needed to sent it back and loose out.

My item arrived with security tags on and a sale price tag on stating £38 when I had paid £65 plus postage. A refund of the difference would be appreciated.
