An item that was in stock was no longer in stock 24 hours later so very disappointing

Was pleased to see a nice bit of Llye and Scott at a very good price, so thought I'd treat myself, so checked my u had my size, u did have it so order. Was well looking forward to getting it, only to get an email 3-4 days later to say it was out of stock, errm, disappointed. If it was out of stock then why did it say my size was available??? Also ordered a t shirt, that came ok but I will have to send it bk as of not fitting right, this isn't USC fault at all, but with an exspensive Delivery charge it added salt to the wounds. On a lighter note some very decent products at some decent prices

Order some bit for my partner for our holiday and made sure I checked the size guide to make sure I was gettin the size needed but when they came they were not true to size so went to the store to return to be told I would only get a credit note which I wasn’t happy with and was told if I wanted cash bk I was to send them back my self to find I had to then pay postage after already paying 4.99 to get thm dilevered in the first so send them back coz another 3.90 as that was the cheapest option so in total it has coz me 8.89 on top of the price of the short which were th only thing in the order that fitted would not recommended to a friend

Ordered a pair of Converse. Paid £36.99 and £4.99 p&p. Didn't fit so returned by registered post as directed at cost of £8.55 for exchange. Size required not in stock so refund issued. Refund only £36.99 so £13.54 out of pocket with no Converse. Won't be ordering from USC again in case same thing happens.

Got txt saying my order was out for delivery, so waited on it only to get a txt after 6pm saying there was a delay and would deliver next day. The next day came parcel was left, opened it to find my lovely white tshirt was all dirty. Tried to contact customer service but it was closed. Was needed that day for a birthday present.

I expected,the trousers I order online to be long like the one I try in the shop,but is a very big difference between the size 8 and 10. I am very dissapointed.

"I paid a lot of money for a tshirt and had it delivered.. when I opened the packaging I found the tshirt screwed up in a ball not even attempted to fold it or any plastic covering for protection. Disgusted at the state of this item."

I've ordered a pair of boots from you and on the site it was specified that the upper is leather. Which is why i have ordered them. When i have received the product, i saw it was not from leather but other materials on the upper. Very dissapointed.

Paid £6.99 for next day delivery which happened correctly only problem the jacket I ordered still had the security tag attached to it.this caused me much inconvenience as I had to travel into leeds 2 days later to find a usc shop and have the tag removed at my own expense where parking is expensive in Leeds.I paid for next day delivery as I needed the jacket for going out Saturday had no other alternative needless to say the jacket is very good hope somebody recompsates me for my inconvenience look forward to your reply

Couldn't cancel items or alter order straight after placing but received an email regarding a no longer available item that had been ordered.. seems it suits you to alter orders but won't for customers

The products were good but someone left on the security tag. Contacted Customer Service and they told me to take to nearest Sports Direct or USC to have it removed. Therefore I have the inconvienience and additional cost of travelling for someone elses mistake. Shame as otherwise it would have been a good. If delivery had been quicker even very good

What a joke click and collect..4.99 charge. But you get £5 to spend. So you think yes good deal. No it is not. You have to spend it the day you collect. So for me I collected at 5.30pm Saturday. Shops where I could spend was shut. Ridiculous

I appreciate the items are often sent back, but it was clear the items I bought hadn't been checked and repacked to be sent to me. A £40 t shirt shouldn't be falling out of it's bag with multiple rips and sellotape wrapped round it, disappointed

Received items that looked as though they had been dragged along the floor and had holes from where security tags had been.
