1 pair jeans clearly been tried on and still screwed up put baco into bag and sent to me like that the other pair in a huge bag, filthy with dirt on legs still waiting for customer services to respond to my complaint.

Some of the products are of the very bad quality, as if they are not originals of the brands. It wasn't the case wit my previous orders, but last one really was terible.

Next day delivery failed second time in a row, item was for a birthday present, day after the order was supposed to have arrived part of the order was cancelled

Top wasn't ideal ... wouldn't give refund. So now I HAVE to go back to usc. Woman on check out was rude. I stood at the till for 5 mins before she even noticed me. She was talking to another colleague.

Ordered a XXL in a coat got delivered and was an XL and when emailed got told we didn't have your size discrace won't be back

Order arrived with the security tag still in place and I was advised that I needed to go to store to have it removed there are no stores close to where I live hence why I purchased items online. I have had to cover returns cost which I don’t think is very fair as this is no fault of mine, you say that you will give me that money back but we will see.

Really disappointed that customer had to pay for return postage ... I ordered a few different colours and sizes and now have to pay a fortune to return the ones that don’t fit.. although the same make Vans sizes vary so much If I hadn’t have ordered a few I wouldn’t have been able to find a pair to suit. Very disappointing

When I pay £5 for delivery anywhere else I get the order within 2/3days!!.. Every time I come here I wait over 5days. Unacceptable, You should not charge £5 for such slow Delivery!. Most places charge less with much quicker delivery! Also one of the most recent items I received was a crinkled mess, I Had to send it back. Not worth the wait or delivery charge.

Clostgs were great but got told wrong advice about delivery charge was told in shop that I could get free next day delivery if I spend over £60 I spent well over that and was charged £7.95 which I wasn’t happy about complained to customer services but did nothing about it

You sizing is incorrect I ordered t-shirts for 14-15 years and 8 years and they are about 2 years younger fitting!

Went in store to buy boys boots which I’d see in store online at£16 there was no price tag on the boots in store when I paid got them they charged me £ 32 I paid for them cause I thought I’d made a mistake went out of the store check online and they were £16 went back to be told I couldn’t have my money back and they could not honour the online price so had to get a credit note and order online

I was advised that any purchase could only be returned fir an exchange thus is unacceptable for an internet purchase I won't use your service again
