A poor show that delivery costs are so high and I object to being charged £4.99 to collect my order from a local store when most high street stores offer this service for free. Delivery was also slow and website was clunky. Come on USC, pull your socks up!

Every order I place takes a working week to deliver. Most other clothes outlets deliver next day to three days tops. 5 days is a bit extreme for delivery, and no option to pay for a quicker delivery. Also when emailing customer service no reply so I have to chase to get a reply after 5 days. Time to buy else where

Tried to buy some trainers from the Shirebrook USC store that is upstairs in Sports Direct but they didn't have my size. Tried the Rotherham store. They also did not have any sizes in stock. Ordered online only to be charged £5 for Click and Collect from a local store. They £5 gets returned as a gift voucher to spend in store. Terrible idea... click and collect from store should be free. So basically there are no potions to receive your items without paying for delivery. Click and collect and home delivery options both cost £5 and would have taken up to 4 working days. In the end through frustration I ordered next day delivery for £6 Charging a customer for Click and collect from store is no way to treat us. Very displeased with my experience.

I made an order for 4 items all said were in stock only 3 were dispatched with no reason where my other item is! I was charged for just the 3 but im in limbo now not knowing if it maybe sent when back in stock maybe i just dont know so i cant order another one incase plus that would be another £4.99 postage im not willing to pay

I ordered 2 items and paid delivery for the 2 items together. I paid for it all and then the next day received an e mail to say the jacket is temporarily out of stock but I have no idea when it will be back in stock. I don't want to pay £4.95 delivery on a £7.99 t-shirt so I am hoping you are going to send the jacket but please let me know when. No refund has been issued so can I assume you are sending the jacket soon? I tried to reply to the e mail about this but it is automated.

Email received with 20% off in store or online. Tried to use in store and was refused. Didn’t read it didn’t check it didn’t try just said no- poor customer Et service followed up with email and still unanswered

Paying £5 for a delivery with takes 5 days+ is terrible. I otherwise had problems with a payment card which took 2 days to respond to such ultimately suggest I have emailed another team with an exorbitant amount of detail to unhold my account. There was no number to call only email. Never again.

Lack of 'chat' functionality on your website. Lack of email address. The only way of communicating with you is through the 'Leave your message' and it took you 2(!) days to answer. Guys, I know you don't really care but this is far worse than other website retailers I use. I will not use you again. The jacket arrived after 8 days. Again this is quite ridiculous. The jacket is damaged - missing collar button, little holes in the collar... I wish you had described it in the product description. Overall I am not happy with the service and quite disappointed with the item received.

Delivery was on time. However the item came still with the security tag on, therefore I had to go round shops asking if they could take it off for me since the USC shop near me had closed down. Not only this and possibly the most disappointing part is that the item came damaged with what looks like an iron mark on it!

Ordered some boxers as an xmas present, the boxes they were packaged in were battered and the boxers were all screwed up inside. Also one of them still has a security tag stuck in it so I now have to find the time to take it to the nearest store to get it removed!!!!

I collected my order from Glasgow store on Argyle street, in a positive note service from staff was excellent. However on opening package I was sorely disappointed, one shirt was packaged in shirt packaging, one was rolled up in a ball all creased and crumpled. The other one was unbuttoned and hanging off a trouser hanger by the shoulders. Unfortunately this has been my first and last experience with USC I don't think you value your customers custom if this is the way you package items. I actually spent quite a bit of money when I went for collection buying more Christmas presents, if I had known what to expect when I opened my parcel I certainly wouldn't have spent any more money in the shop. Staff 10 out of 10 packaging and treatment of clothes 1 out of 10 disgraceful USCQ.!!!!!q

Coat I ordered was too small, delivery charge was quite steep and return charge is even more, costing approx £10 to return something that doesn't fit!

The boots arrived later than they were supposed to and the box they came in was bashed and torn, as they were for a present I needed to find another box to put them in to so I really was not happy with the service I got.

when my product arrived the packaging was shocking the shoes not even in the box and there was no paper in the box to keep them covered. The shoes looked like they had been worn with multiple black marks all over them and this isn’t what i expect to get when i am paying £50, i expect my shoes to come in new condition not with marks.

The item from the pictures looked like it had grey patches on the sleves however when i got it and tries it. It didn't fit and it had white reflective patches. Some thing I did not pick up on as I would be have never purchased it. Also I asked the question in store can in return item for a refund they said we Will only give you a credit note. That's wrong. Makes me think do I really want to use your service again. I've purchasing from zalando and thought I liked a few things from your site but if I have to pay for returns and not able to use your in store return service then this is not very good and I will be shopping else where where I get extra discounts with being a regular shopper elsewhere.

Well I still had a tag left on my one item I collected and didn’t know until I got home. The clothes were thrown in the bag not folded in any way and utterly creased. I called to complain and got refunded my delivery cost. However I had a response to my original complaint of this on Fb to your team, where I was told you can see I had a refund for delivery. However I responded I do not think this enough. This was two trips into town, so I paid for petrol and car park twice and no one even mentioned the state of the clothing when it arrived, so creased id have to wash n iron it to just try it on..
