“I ordered 2 jackets in order to get the sizing correct, however I was not aware that I could not return to my local store (where I collected ) for a full refund. Consequently I had to take the parcel home, package it up, arrange a courier & pay for this myself. I find this is very poor service”

“Shop looks good clean and looked after lots of staff but little to non service must of been 4 staff stood around but only one serving had to que even had to wait while two staff came to talk to their college at till and not one acknowledged that I was waiting to be served could even tell you there conversation was over not going working upstairs cos they don’t like being up there alone so feel sorry for any customers that dare to go up there don’t think I will bother with click and collect in future rather pay the delivery charge.”

“The size “age 13” coat doesn’t even fit my 10 year old son. Absolutely ridiculous. And why can’t I return in store? Now I have to pay postage to send it back, on top of the £5 postage I already paid..”

“Advertised £5 voucher if collected from store but not an option when tried to do this. Contacted Usc to be told nothing they could do :( had to pay 5.99 for delivery with no voucher :(”
