I ordered 2 shirts that was in the 2 for £30. When I ordered and paid i was charged £40. I sent an email to you regarding this to be told the tshirts wasn’t in the offer even though stating on the website they was. Then when I received them they both had labels stating 2 for £30. Still not heard nothing back. Happy to take the money but not fix the problem!

I received a amended order as some items were out of stock but no information on if the items were to follow or be refunded. These items are still available to order online now. I have emailed several hours ago but still waiting for a reply.

Your website clearly had 20℅ off and 20£ voucher when £100 or more was spent. However because of deductions of discount the original price went from £110 to 94£ and wasn't clear it had to be £100 after deduction? Very misleading and unhelpful and rude customer service on the phone. Iv spent nearly £500 over the last two months and disgusted how iv been treated.

Ordered some bits over Black Friday, which were successfully purchased, however two days later was to find one of the jumpers were out of stock. Abit annoyed as I could have picked up the jumper elsewhere in the Black Friday offers this weekend! As it was a gift I looked on the site and found the same jumper available and purchased again. Again the next day or so after was informed product out of stock!! By this time whatever I order would be late. So found the site unreliable.

I wasn't disappointed to open Parcel and expensive items inside not to be in plastic bags . Items were all crumpled up.

Bought clothes in black friday sale, but apparently not much of a sale as price tags on several items were much lower than the amount I paid in the sale. Sports Direct rip off?

Not received it yet due to using unreliable delivery firm. Yes I was out but since when don’t they leave with neighbours? You should state you use Hermes before placing final order cos I would never have used them. I’ll ring today to find out where my order is now

It arrived from sport direct. £5.00 was a lot of money for 1 small t shirt. It didn’t come from Regulated delivery van

You cancelled part of my order as it wasn’t in stock, the polo top is in such bad condition, you didn’t refund my postage which is so expensive

I've purchased 4 items totalling over 400 pounds last week from yourselves and I asked for one to be exchanged,I printed a pic of the exchange item and put it in the box during the return only to be informed I could only exchange for the same item,I told them the exchange item I wanted was 10 pounds more and I'm willing to pay the difference but I was told it's too late(even when the item was still with your warehouse)I was told I will have to wait for delivery,then refuse the delivery and then reorder the item again using my money and then wait for a refund from the refused item,now can you see how this is not proper business sense because you have just lost a customer and I love buying shoes but I will be shopping elsewhere from now

There was not dedicated collection queue which meant having to wait with all the other shoppers at the tills, which at this time of year as you can imagine was horrendous. USC need to rethink their collection policy if it wants to retain customers!

The shoes I bought came in a battered box and had clearly been a display pair as marks on the inside of the shoe and outside. This was bought as a Christmas present so I was really disappointed.

£4.99 delivery charge to store ?? Took a while for the delivery to arrive I was then given a £10 voucher to be used that day. I'd rather have had free delivery
