When item arrived it was showing a sale price although I had been charged full price, sent email re this issue and it is taking ages to sort this matter out. Very slow customer service.

The clothes were ok but the delivery charges need to have a free option, aswell as returns needing to be free. That puts me off ordering!

False advertising on your behalf, it states that paypal works with Euro and it doesnt

I am still awaiting one of the items which I had ordered. The delivery note said that it was included in the package but it wasn't there. I've contacted Customer Services to ask that this item is posted as soon as possible as its for a christmas present but as yet, i've had no response back. Not impressed with the Customer Service response - you can't even get a contact number to speak to an actual person. Wont be using again.

I purchase some leather boots from the USC website which were worn once as a birthday gift and the leather was stripped of their colour just by getting a little wet. These are CAT brand hard wearing boots, made for outdoors. This should not happen at all. But that is a brand fault not USC. Click and Collect in store was first not great. Store Headrow Leeds the Sports Direct combined big store. I was directed to three tills and had to climb three floors to collect/ return my order. Adding wasted time and inconvenience to my dinner break at work. I decided to return the boots closer to home at the Meadowhall store - this is a newly opened combined store with USC. I explained the reason for the return and it took half an hour of staff speaking in hush tones over walkie-talkies to first decide if the boots can be returned due to getting wet (!?) - Then they had to call managers to authorise the exhchange and call them further again in order to process the exchange through the till as it was insisting I pay the instore price difference (?!) Even though this was an online order (with discount code) - It was all completely nonsense how long it took to sort. Staff should be trained and be informed the best way to deal with all situations and there should be no questioning customers genuine problems with products bought from the company either online or in store. One last thing, I don't agree with the returns/ exchange policy. I went to refund an item and they said only vouchers can be given in store or they would have to be sent back via post to receive a refund. - A company as big as Sports Direct should be aware of the costs and carbon foot print sending returns back in the post has on the environment pollution and waste! - Offering in store returns would be a great step forward!

Disappointed that the shirt I bought was £75 in store but only £53 on the website. Also disappointed that, when told they didn't have my size in store, I wasn't asked if I would like to have it ordered in. I realised why when I ordered online and had to pay £5 to have it delivered to the shop. Horrible way to treat a customer who has been using USC for a number of years.

I purchase many times online through usc app , my last 2 orders I had really bad experience from usc sales team , first time my parcel was not delivered too me att all so I cancel ordered cause I ordered all stuff for my son on his birthday wasn’t delivered on time, next order a week ago some of hoodie jackets was wrong sizes really dissopointed with service , even in Luton store none of them have any clue , now shopping from jd they had best service 👌🏻

Me and my partner ordered our parcels within days of each other with the same postage. My partners was ‘lost in transit’ he wasn’t informed of this at all just waiting for it day after day no communication whatsoever. He had to chase you for a refund. Mine arrived slightly late but at least mine arrived. Has put me off ordering from you now as never seems to arrive on time ... if at all.

On my order I was missing two items. Found it extremely difficult to go through the corrcet path in raising the issue on your website. when I managed to get in contact with someone at USC via email it took just over 3 weeks to sort out. It would help if USC could have some form of contact via phone as well as just email.

Ordered items for daughter for Xmas. Came and they were too big so had to send back to the depot. Ordered more clothing for my daughter because I was worried refund and clothing won't be here in time for Xmas. Bought both items then got an email saying one item isn't available so waiting on a refund for that too. So hundred pound down waiting for a refund. Hoping it comes in time so I can get the rest if the gifts for her. We don't have a usc in hull. So my orders can only be done online. To be honest it's just been one big mess around

Leather jacket was too small at a 12(M) even though I am a size 10/12. Now I'm struggling to return it so it's disappointing.

i had review sent, i haven't even received my package I ordered it on the 27th, now the 6th, this is not 3-5 days delivery , worried about package.

Ordered 5 perfumes for Xmas presents. They arrived at collection store in a plastic envelope. Inside the boxes were all squashed and damaged. One even had the plastic wrapping around the cardboard box torn. Very disappointing

Six days after I placed my order I got a text message to advise a reminder that my order was in the shop, then the following day I went to USC Glasgow Forge at 9.10 am to find the shop door closed. I went into Sports Direct next door and asked the manager the opening times of USC and he advised the shop should be open and it is constantly late at opening. I knocked on the door and an Asian female member of staff shouted to me that they were not open yet and I shouted back that the shop opens at 9.00 and she told me to hold on and a male came with keys and opened up the shop, very poor customer service as it was bitter cold standing outside.
