I received my package which had three pair of shoes in boxes a t-shirt and two pairs of guess earrings which were in small boxes. However one of the guess boxes was completely broken up from shipping. An earring was missing from the box and found still in the big shipping bag on it's own. Unfortunately it was bent. I will attach photos. How do I get a refund or a replacement for this earring?

Paid for next day delivery on the 6th of December received item on the 11th December so wasn't happy

I was advised my package was available to collect on 08/12/17 but wasn't there until 09/12/17. I was also charged twice (£38.99) for one item. PayPal are sorting this out.

Size mediums are not really size medium so had to pay to send items back and now the size smaller are out of stock. My husbands always been a medium but I don’t think ur sizes are acurate

I haven't had confirmation from you to say my parcel has arrived. ..I've being waiting 8 days now..it's supposed be delivered to asda store and don't even know if it's there ????

I bought a pair of converse from a store 25 miles away from where I live only to get home and for one of them to have been the shoe on display. It was stained and dirty. Which meant I had to travel to another store to return them. I feel like staff should be checking shoes before they sell them. This then meant I was out of pocket on travel expenses.

I didn’t have a bad experience but don’t think I will use again, I was really disappointed having to pay £5 for delivery which I collected in store then I’ve had to pay £3.50 to return via the P.O..why can’t you return to store free ? Thankyou

I ordered two pairs of Calvin Klein boxers. The boxes were squashed and very crumpled plus they had large Sports Direct price stickers on them which were impossible to remove without further damaging the packaging. These are gifts yet they look like they have been kicked around the warehouse!

Ordered bits, then told out of stock for some, not given a choice to change so had to reorder and pay double postage, wrong sizes sent and some items come up very small, not great experience

I placed an order on 3 dec which I have not yet received, I have tried to contact customer service but had no response. I have paid for an item, the money has left my bank account, which I don’t have and no one will speak to me about it.

I collected my order from sports direct in Nottingham as I walked out the alarm started going off security took my bag opened my parcel to find a security alarm was left on the jacket. I also noticed white marks all over the black jacket I ordered.

ordered 2 items. both items in stock on website then get email saying 1 is out of stock. no phone number to call and add something else to the order to come with the same delivery. which i must say is a rip off anyway

I bought a coat which I was made aware though other reviews that one should go up one size as the sizing seems to be small. on arrival even the one size up reulted in a very overly tight fit meaning i needed the next size up again, On initiating a return I am informed I cannot do this in store and had to send it back, to make things even more frustrating I have to pay for return postage. In this day an age this is almost unheard of especially as the clothing has ad-hok sizing meaning more people are probably in the same position and are having to pay to return items before exchanges are given. A move to allowing exchanges and returns in store would be a good start otherwise I will most likely not use USC again.

Hermes sent he parcel back after h third delivery attempt, despite me only getting one slip through the door. Phoned usc who said they couldn’t do anything and that it would be sent back to them and I would then receive a refund. Useless

Couldn’t get right size was told can order size and have delivered but have to pay delivery which did they were too narrow so took back to shop thinking could get a refund .cant get refund but can have a credit note as couldn’t find any for son .he had w to have black as they were for school. If want refund got pay to return through post again so a wasted £10 not happy first time been to usc not impressed

Disgusted with the boots I received in terrible condition and rang to speak to customer services to be put on hold for 40 mins to then be told my call could not be taken , and then rang back to be told it was closed not happy. God knows what my phone bill will be 😡
