Tommy Hilfiger trainers orders and delivered for my Sons birthday arrived with a dirty mark on the front part. Complained by email and got no help or reply. We have now washed them as his birthday was 2 days after delivery. Very disappointed that this was the result.

I ordered 4 items and only received 2 plus one item was not what I ordered and I’m still waiting for a reply from customer service to an email I sent. I’m not happy

i made an order which was scheduled to be delivered to a collection point, at no point during the ordering process was I alerted to the fact the my local collection wasn’t taking any deliveries during the pre-Xmas time. So my order was refused at delivery so rather than it being kept at my local dpd centre for me to collect it was returned to usc. Which is not what I wanted. Also I ended up paying the full delivery charge for something I never received I contacted customer services about this days ago and have still not had a reply.

Paid for next day delivery on items bought, items still havent shown up a week later & noone has replied back to my contact form sent days ago.

This was an intended gift and box was damaged very badly. The shoes were fine but presentation just ruined my experience with you. Not planning on ordering online again.

I have ordered twice and both times the items in the bag were of poor quality and in the worst condition. They were all screwed up and tatty looking. Wont be using USC again.

Have not received my order that I placed on Friday 8th of December (paid for next day delivery). Does not even look like Hermes have the parcel in their system via the tracking information (order placed on 8th Dec). Sent an email to customer services on Wednesday 13th Dec - and got an auto response to say that they will get back in 1-5 days. That is really poor. Will request a full refund

I ordered twice for my sons Christmas and twice got sent the wrong sizes I payed over the odds to make sure they were delivered then had to go in store for a credit note to re order online

Tried to change the order immediately after I made it as it was the wrong size. Couldn't get through abs then three days later got a message to say refuse the delivery which was too late as it was already delivered. The response I also got later was unhelpful and rude.

The delivery came quick but had no estimated time quoted so I had to call to find out if I was going to get my product on time when I didn’t receive an email back. The trainers arrived I’ve worn them once and the left shoe is faulty. I’ve rmailed once again and am forced to wait days for a reply. I very much doubt I’ll get a replacement on time for the Christmas period when I was planning to wear them if I do get them swapped at all. Poor service all round to be honest

I ordered 3 t-shirts that were on the website for £8 each (£24). When they came 2 had tickets on the said 2 for £12 and the other had a sale sticker on that said £4 so that makes £16. I emailed about this matter on Saturday and it's now Thursday evening and I still haven't had a reply, I realise it says 1-5 working days so I will wait and see if this is resolved by end of play tomorrow. Very disappointed with this.

I was allowed to order an item to then be told it wasn’t in stock after I had paid Then when my other item arrived it was the wrong size I have now had to return it and I’m waiting to see whether I will actually get the correct size sent out

Delivery to Store was ok, but took nearly 30 mins to find the parcel in Store. Eventually, my phone number was taken & I was contacted 10 minutes later! Also, annoyed to find that the £5 voucher was only valid for that day! (8/12) The excuse given was that the Staff member who had scanned the parcel in was at lunch!

Well the delivery service was pretty good but the Vans that I ordered were the wrong size to what was on the invoice. As it was for my Sons Birthday I had to go and buy some from a shop. Disappointed as it cost me more money
