Ordered item which was then informed 4 days later that it is not in stock. Wanted to purchase again, emailed and got a reply, but refuse to pay £5 for another delivery and no reduction on delivery cost.

Ordered shoes to store on click and collect for a Christmas present and they were the wrong size! So I had to go back into the store and get them redelivered and now they might not be here in time for Christmas.

It has been 11 days since I placed my order the last email I received was a week ago stating that the courier was collecting my parcel and I’ve heard nothing since. I have contacted customer services at usc several times with no response. With this being a Christmas present I am not happy at all especially since it was ordered nearly a month before Christmas. I suggest easier access to customer services, possibly social media or just quicker responses - even a response at all to be honest.

I have received a top that is marked down the front due to the poor packaging. It is a cream top with black marks on the shoulder and around the collar.

Ref order number: USC40000041610779 - Mens aftershave JP Gaultier. This aftershave is in a metal can. The can is completely damaged and dented and I am unable to give this out for a Christmas gift - please find images attached to show the excessive damage to this product. The parcel arrived with no bubble wrap for protection, and could have quite easily been placed in a cardboard box for alternative protection as other retailers do. I am extremely unsatisfied with this product - I am a keen internet shopper and have never come across such awful packaging. This is completely unacceptable and it is evident that not much care in handling has been provided by your chosen courier. As I will now have to go out and purchase this again, I would either like a substantial discount on this product (I am happy to give it to my husband instead of the person intending for Christmas), or a full refund of the product. Please could you respond to this at your earlier convenience - as you are aware Christmas is fast approaching!

The coats you sent where very smelly like they been sat there in damp for ages and can't get it sorted as not had time to send back

Goods were sale price, but not of good quality (badly made). Not worth cost of returning. One T shirt wasn't in a bag and slightly soiled. Disappointed as not had problems in past.

Ordered £200 jacket for grandson got on line discount bringing it too £160 when it arrived it had a £135 sale sticker on it not happy u could do this. No joy when I reported this to customer services too 5 days to get back to me. Just as well the jacket was too big and had to be returned and bought smaller size elsewhere for £114 obviously with a discount Usc customer services are not good

There was no description of the models height or size they was wearing. Also after spending £150 i had to pay for postage which i thought was discusting. To when i returned my parcel i had to pay £13 to return it due to the weight. I wont be ordering from USC any time soon and wont be recommending to anyone.

When my parcel arrived (Oakley sun glasses) the packaging was badly damaged but glasses were not damaged. As these were bought as Christmas present it wasn’t ideal. I have emailed customer services a few days ago High Lito got this issue but so far no reply.

Sales ticket attached showing a price of £15 less than what I paid. I emailed and was told unfortunately it is an old sale price and it shouldn’t have been attached and they won’t be able to refund me the difference. It feels like I have paid more than what I should have so I’ll be returning my item.

I placed my order on a Tuesday and was having it delivered to my local store. I paid a £5 delivery charge and at no point did it say that the store I requested only receive deliveries twice a week Tuesdays and Fridays which meant I had to wait 1 week for my order. If I would have known this I wouldn't have selected a store delivery. I sent an email and I am still waiting for a response 1 week later. Very poor customer experience
