I placed two orders but am still awaiting delivery of one!!!!! The first order was good with great step by step communication .... the 2nd was dreadful and i am still awaiting an explanation or refund!!!

You gave false promises about the time of delivery and how quick it would of been , which then cost the rest of my day to be behind schedule

Good quality products... but ordering online is a no no now. One of the products i ordered received still had the Security tag left on the clothing which was meant to be a christmas present. Was advised to drive a 40 mile round trip to the nearest store to get it removed, was told i would be reimbursed the price of delivery for the inconvenience. Unhappy as 6.99 doesnt cover the cost of the fuel to get there or the cost of the ticket to park the car or the time i would have to take off work to get there which is inconvenient as it is so close to christmas. Very unhappy. Was planning to pre order some of the new clothes usc are gettin in stock after christmas. Unfortunately i think i will have to shop with another company in the future.

Hermes is a terrible courier came 3 times before I eventually was in to receive the item after telling courier I wouldn't be in after a certain time each day ......... said I wouldn't be in after 1 pm but still got a card through the door saying I'd missed the package as they delivered it at 2:30 pm each day

Poor options for contacting customer service - I paid for next day delivery so expected all items I ordered to be in stock and delivered, one item (the mains reason for my order) wasn't in stock but would have re ordered another colour to receive asap, but only option to contact was an email - 72 hour delay in response! I therefore paid for a delivery service that didn't benefit me! So frustrating as I think USC is generally great - I instead had to go out of my way and go into store, where the original item was in stock.., so mad!!!

Bought the item on a Friday and paid for next day delivery for it not to be delivered until the Monday not good

I ordered t polo top from USC for a Christmas present for the price of £55and had it delivered to sports direct got home and it was a woman's jacket priced at £29 from sports direct went to USC store and the girl that worked their was fantastic and got me a full refund back so my dad went on holiday with out a present 😒

Not impressed. Shoes arrived in a used box with SALE on the side . The shoes had a for sale sticker on it with £23.00 as a price mark on a plastic staple. The original price was £75.00 and discounted to half. What on earth were you thinking? Emailed customer service and they said the shoes have never been marked to £23.00 so it must have been a packing error. Total joke. Will never use your Company again.

Worst courier service ever, dispatched after 2 days, delayed delivery by a day, then said attempted to deliver (even though they didn't) after a 40 minute call finally got re delivered the next day

Order was short of an item but was still charged on invoice,no notification to let me know item was out of stock or any offer of alternative ,bad customer service

Because I ordered a replay zip up hoody. When it arrived I had to go pick it up from Wakefield store. I got it home took it out off packet to wrap for a Christmas present! I noticed it had the security tag on so I had to trail all the way back to Wakefield use more petrol more parking to get this taken off no apology and still had the nerve to charge me 5p for a carrier. What was ment to be a cheep top turned out expensive!!

Poor customer service, expensive delivery/ returns. I was wrongly advised in-store regarding refund policy with no offer of help or explanation. Won't be shopping here again!

Think it should be free delivery and returns. It's cost me £6.90 to order and return in total. Won't be shopping here again until you make it free for both.

I placed my order on the 3rd of December and then received confirmation that the order had been collected and was with the delivery driver on the 7th of December and the delivery was then delayed. I took the day off work in order to sign for the delivery and didn't receive my items until the 11th of december. Which was very disappointment as two were for birthdays on 9th of december. So in total it took 8 days to be delivered. Totally unacceptable level of service.

Packaged arrived damaged and poorly presented. Looks like a product purchased from a discount store such as TK Maxx, not somewhere selling designer goods at full price. Very difficult to get through to any customer services. Wish I had known the company was linked to Sports Direct as I would have just gone to one of their stores which is within 10miles rather than making an online order from USC.

After opening the box and examining the shoes I found the soles to be filthy and bits of mud still in-between the tread. Clearly used I made a complaint and am awaiting an outcome. Won't ever be using USC again that's for sure.
