USC got my order correct and I’m very happy with my product , however the courier service was dreadful. Allegedly attempted delivery twice? I was at home when they were apparently trying to deliver

Trunks I ordered for my husband were Luke sport but om two of the bands on the back it spelt Lurt.. I have also now got to pay for return delivery as USC would not change them in store.. how is that fare ??

I paid £7.99 for delivery of a pair of Ralph Lauren slippers, the box was so damaged I had to go out a buy a replacement box as they were a gift

Received a wrong item. Email sent to USC. Not received a reply. Returned wrong item and seeking a refund plus postage for the return.

At your site you can order. When the order is done and paid, after that comes the information that the jeans are out of stock. The information about the stock situation is not valid.

Not enough discretion of product on website. No free delivery or returns even if you opt to collect from store. USC should try and learn the way they describe products on Zalando

Why give a £5 voucher to spend in Sports Direct when I opt to have my items delivered there, instead of a voucher to spend online at USC? I have tried to use it online at USC according to their customer help line to no avail. Pointless if you don't shop at Sports Direct!

Ordered a bag from USC along with other items. Bag came, however the main belt strap was missing! There was a tag to reflect this; with a 20% reduction. I never got 20% off but who would want a bag without the strap...this was a man's flight bag; not a blooming clutch bag & was a Christmas present! Emailed customer services and still awaiting reply 3 days later. Not impressed!

I was disappointed I was able to order something that was actually out of stock, also have to pay to collect from your store was shocking. It has put me off using your site again.

Security tag was left on boots I ordered paid for next day delivery as needed them quickly could not wear due to tag ! Emailed customer service and yet to hear back

Ordered 2 items, paid extra to have delivery to local store as needed 1 shirt for night out. Received confirmation of order then a few days later received an email stating the item I really wanted was out of stock. How can it be confirmed then out of stock? I ended paying £6 postage for 1 tshirt. Very poor

£5 for delivery to store doesnt seem bad when you get a £5 voucher to spend in store. Took the voucher out of my purse a few days later yo realise you can only use it on the day you picked your items up. The items ordered are fine. But think instore collection should cost less or the voucher should lady longer.

I have emailed customer services with pictures but, the packaging, a plastic bag, was intact but the contents were loose inside it, the seal was broken on the tin and the inside of the tin holding the item was broken and the bottle was loose in packaging.
