I have sent a email but as its been new year your prob busy. Invoice no 69561253 , order number appusc40000042523403, Firetrap 2pk Trunks 422015/26/430 Large, I dont really want to go to the bother of returning this item via post but the item i have ordered still has the electronic tag firmly attached, what should i do now, andrewsim@hotmail.co.uk 58b brunswick road, buckley, flintshire, ch7 2ep

I ordered the trainers in a 12. However, when the tried them on they didn't fit. They were far too small. I checked the label on the tongue and it said they were a 12, the box stated they were a 12. However a friend who is a size 10, tries them on and they fit him perfectly. I'm sorry to say but the trainers were clearly labelled wrong! If that's USC fault or Adidas, either way they should have been checked!

My parcel has not yet been delivered. I ordered it on the 25th December and it has still not come. The delivery company MyHermes should not be a delivery company they have said that they delivered my parcel to a secure location. Personally I don't think you should use MyHermes as a deliver option.

ordered a birthday present for my son in age 10 to 11 was sent 12 to 13 absolutely huge and no time to get a replacement in time. heavily pregnant so didnt fancy the christmas rush at the post office to return so have put in a drawer for him to grow into. also paying 4.99 for click and collect is unreasonable. wont be buying from them again

Item arrived in massive packaging which looked like it had been thrown about. Polo shirt itself had no outer/original packaging, like it had been returned and had creases all over it. Delivery was quick but overall quality of the item when I received it was poor

Didn’t get all of my order??....sent an e-mail asking why and still waiting for a response. I wanted matching shoes for my children so wouldn’t of bought anything if sizes weren’t available

Returns for online orders are awkward and costly. Unable to return for a refund in cash to a store and must pay postage yourself to return to the warehouse. Not as easy or efficient as other online clothing retailers.

Ordered online to avoid going into town but shoes arrived with security tag still attached. Had to go into town to have it removed defeating the purpose of ordering online.

I ordered 5 tops and only received 4 so sent email asking where it is and got nowhere. They are saying It got scanned and packed at warehouse but it never arrived here so where is it? 🤔 So ive paid for a top that i have not received and doubt i will be getting the money back for. Thank you

Ordered white leather converse and received one leather shoe & one cotton shoe. Have had to send then back, so I am still awaiting my correct order & a refund for my postal charges because if their mistake! Have emailed them but no reply.. £44 a pair and didn't even receive the correct ones.

Cost of delivery is too expensive. Returns policy isn't great either, no "return to store" option available so returning items could be expensive for the buyer. I would probably buy items more regualarly from USC if the above mentioned points were more reasonable.

Unfortunately, the service which I had received was appalling. I went into the Preston Deepdale Sports Direct store to collect my order on 29/12/17 at around 13:50 and left at 14:25. Your staff members claimed that my parcel either had not been delivered or was lost. Despite myself having the email in my hand confirming the delivery to the store. Luckily, the manager came and sorted this problem out. I received my parcel and the manager said that it was in the delivery box but no one checked there. I am very disappointed with my experience today and it has made me question ordering from your sister company again.

I was happy with the products I received, I tried to buy them at my local store and they were not available, I purchased the products on line as they were a Christmas present. Firstly I don't think any store should be charging for click and collect and secondly I think that orders over a specified amount (£50) should be delivered free.

My shopping experience was good until I went to pick up my item. First the cashier forgot to give me my £5 voucher then when I reminded her she said she now she has to cancel the transaction which seemed like a problem. I asked if I could use the voucher on my current purchase which I assumed she had but then realised she hadn’t. After scanning the shoes I said the price was not the advertised price which was £49.99 she did not bother to check and insisted the price was £54.54. At this point there was a que starting to build and she rushed me making me feel like it’s my fault. When I got home I realised on the box the was a sale price of £49.99 printed which the cashier should have noticed is she bothered to check
