The wrong item was sent that bore no relation to the picture on your website. Other than that all OK.

Great product, Rubbish customer service. Order a jacket to be collected from a holiday location in Sheffield. Within the hour realised I wouldn’t be there when the jacket arrived. Tried to cancel but no reply from customer service email or Paypal email. Ended up making a special trip to Sheffield New Year’s Eve.

I purchased a pair of jeans (£60.00 Inc delivery) and some of the stitching around the pocket had come out. Granted these were sale items but you don't expect it from usc and Hugo boss. I didn't return them as I didn't want to get stung with another delivery charge. Also, charging £5.00 for click and collect is borderline criminal.

I find it terrible that you charge for delivery and in my opinion quite a lot. Then if I want to return or exchange an item I have to pay postage again. I like the clothes but there's zero confidence you have any customer service. Staff in store always try and sell me the 1 pound bag instead of the 5p one. They don't even explain there's the option for 5p bags.

Very pleased with the items I've ordered. The only thing that gets my goat about company's like USC is that they charge almost £5 to have it delivered to your nearest store and the same amount to your home address. SHOCKING!!!!

Ordered trainers for christmas and they were shop soiled. One was ex display and a totally different colour to the other

Very vey poor customer service. Sent two different shoe sizes. Spoke to customer service and was told I must email. Sent an email in which I also raised a few questions. All I got back a scripted generic email saying I must follow the returns instructions online. No answers to the questions I raised. I emailed again requesting a reply to my initial email but still no response. Rang customer serviced again and was told to what for a reply. I asked if my query can be resolved whilst I was on the phone but was told no. No help whatsoever. To top it off, I returned the shoes requesting and exchange for the right size which I initially ordered but was told they were now out of stock. No goodwill gesture offered for all the inconvenience. Very amateur customer service.

Ordered 2 items... Paid next day delivery especialy to recieve the jacket and only 1 item came.... Not the Jacket. My son was and is devastated. His christmas money used for delivery off an item that was never dispatched. Poor show over christmas period....

You can find some good deals here, but my item came with a security tag still attached! Return process is a hassle, pack and pay yourself, then wait to see if a refund would be accepted. I just kept the item as it was easier than returning.

Not a bad experience in all but one of nine items was dirty and one had a security tag on it, Sports Direct kindly removed it. Nice clothes though and quick delivery.

I ordered wrong size accidentally and although I emailed directly within minutes before the order had been processed to ask to change it nothing was done and I received the wrong item. Even a email saying that it was not possible would have been better than no reply at all

I think that the click and collect service shouldn’t be charged for. There is no way of getting goods without paying this fee. Not a great idea

I paid for next day delivery and it didn't turn up till the day after! I sent an email to enquire but no-one has been in touch with me. I'm feeling ignored and ripped off with your delivery

Ordered a black Calvin klein jumper size medium, when it turned up it was a brown colour and really big so I need to return it

Order next day delivery and was a day over due. Iterm smelt fusty and had to be washed several times when out the packaging
