The item I bought in store had to be exchanged I had to do it online with a credit note I had problems using my credit note so called customer services who weren’t very helpful st all, I then finally sorted it reordered online but was disgusted that I had to pay £4.99 extra for delivery I’ve bought from several stores online before and if you choose the option to gave the item/items delivered to store it’s free of charge yet you still charge £4.99 for delivery personally I think that’s disgusting hence to say I’ll never buy from you again

Really happy with what I bought and thought it was well priced. However when it arrived it still had an anti theft tag attached that I couldn’t remove myself. I emailed customer services but still had no reply after over a week so had to take it to my nearest shop to get it removed. Really could have done without all the hassle and having to pay for parking.

First time I have used usc for online shopping. Ordered two things and next day delivery. Only to be emailed a few hours later to say the top wasn’t available after all the money coming out bank then next day delivery took 2 days. Not very impressed at all

Ordered £100 worth of clothes. I was out when Hermes attempted to deliver but no proof was left. Then a week later I get the products refunded without any communication from usc or Hermes. What a waste of time as I still wanted my stuff but got no response from contact. Most couriers have holding locations where you pick up your stuff if you miss delivery???? Change to a decent delivery company for your own sake usc

was sent a shirt- it still had the security tag on it! Could not wear it and had to travel 1 hour to the closest shop to get it taken off. Defeats the point of online shopping.

The order took a lot longer than I originally expected it to. And also when received the item one of items wasn't in the parcel.

Delivery price was awful £5 . You expect a £5 free for next day signed for it took nearly a week..

Hello. One of the items of my recent purchase (order no USC40000042822722) arrived with a retailed security beeper attached. I cannot remove it. Please, advise how to proceed.

Disappointed, ordered 2 pair of trainers, received email “dispatched”, 10 days later still nothing. Called Customer Service to be told that order was stuck in the warehouse. They pushed the order trough to be told that one of the items is now sold out. Not happy. Mind you the other pair that i received was amazing.

We originally placed an order for 2 items and received an email back saying 1 of the items was out of stock. We proceeded with the other item and paid £5 delivery. 2 days later we received an email saying the other item was now in sock then had to pa another £5 for a further delivery. Thought that was v poor and think we should be refunded 1 of the delivery charges back.

Clothes were fantastic and service very happy. I do feel and know from colleagues and friends you are putting people off shopping at USC with the appalling returns policy. Many people I speak with choose to shop at other stores as they have a proper returns policy whereby you can take the clothes back in 28 days and receive a full refund. USC however you have to take them back in 14 days but most importantly you cannot get a refund only a credit note. Fix this and I think you will find allot more customers will shop at USC

Wrong size was order you provide no easy way to get a refund or exchange. The product is not available in-store and to exchange it I have to pay for postage back to you when I already paid a significant delivery fee. I can't get a refund in-store supposedly, only a credit note, although if I pay to post it back I can get a refund. I then got a credit note and went o buy something else and by my fault I forgot to use it but there is no way to call you to sort the issue out. All in all I feel very frustrated at the fact you do not make it easy for your customers to do business with you and I will not be buying anything from USC again.

I have purchased Converse (Black leather)snickers Size 8 uk (eur 42.5) But I have received SIZE 8 UK (EUR 41.5). I am afraid that there is something wrong with your sizes guys! I have converse snickers at home which are 8.5UK (eur 42)! This is my size! But your numbering says that 8 Uk is equal to EUR 42.5 and That is why I purchased 8UK which was supposed to be EUR 42.5! Thank you!

Some items on order not delivered, surprised the website does not recognise this when placing the order. Very slow delivery. Most items poor quality.

Ordered 2 x XL T-Shirts with one being clearly too small. To return it would cost me money despite it being a manufacturing mistake with the size. Now unable to get another size and left with a meaningless credit note from the local USC. Poor customer care policy

Received Lacoste T shirt screwed up rather than folded, in a clear 'bag' open at both ends, clearly preworn with dirt all round the front neckline. Not impressed.

I’ve shopped twice with usc, on both occasions I’ve ordered two items and after a few days received an email stating only one item is in stock. This is the only negative and the only retailer I’ve had this issue with.

One of the items ordered was too big. To return the item you have to pay for postage, you can’t just take it to your closest USC. Now that i know this I won’t purchase online from USC again.
