The delivery time was great but there was a mark on one of the t-shirts. I emailed USC customer services straight away and I still haven't heard a thing back from them and it's now been a week. In find that very poor. I don't expect any marks on a new item and whoever picked it should have noticed it.

Paying postage both ways works out expensive. You seem to be he only ones who do this.

Upon receiving my item I found it still had the security tag attached. I sent a message to your customer service but I never received any reply and had to remove at my own expense. Disappointing lack of customer relations

Waiting to hear back from usc as I made a complaint. I have not recived an order apparently it had been delivered while I was out and it was meant to been hidden in my garden behind my bin but when I got home there was nothing in the garden. I have wrote a complaint but have not heard anything back yet from usc

Second time in recent months that I’ve been sent completely the wrong order. Contacted Customer Services 3 days ago and still yet to receive a reply. By the time it was addressed previously the original item was no longer available so half expecting the same again. Not good enough!

Refunds policy on online purchase is shocking. Only way to get a full refund is to send back at customers expense. Bought a jacket in the sale only cost me £30 plus the £4.99 delivery. To then pay another £15 to send it back to yous ( absolute disgrace considering once I get my refund I’m only really getting back half the price I paid actually less if delivery included! One very dissatisfied customer :@:@

Postage costs are far too expensive compared, for example, to ASOS which offers free postage and free returns.

The item I purchased wasn't packed at all, it was just thrown into a black bag and posted out..When called the customer service dept just didn't have a care...

I ordered 3 items. Two of them I wanted most. I had a cancellation email to say that the two items I wanted inparticualer we’re temporarily out of stock. They then shipped the one item straight after sending that email. Making me pay delivery charge for just ‘one’ item that was less than £10. I attempted to email to stop the shipping yet I heard no response apart from an email to say that the item was on the way to me. Why advertise an item on the website if not all the sizes are available. Service is poor.

My order arrived on time I had no problems with postage but when I received my order the shoes I received had clearly been returned as they were out of the wrapping and had a big black mark on one side of the shoe. Luckily I have got most of this stain out with a wet cloth but still I expect my items brand new and not for me to be removing stains from them. I was disappointed in the state my items were sent out to me.

The sizing is way out on the product. I already have a jacket by the same designer in large, the product I ordered is XL and is far too small. £5 delivery charge and £8 to return the item means £13 cost for something i don’t want. Very poor.

Why doesnt usc deliver to their own shops? Min staff means no one answers phones in shop. Why pay postage when most companies let u pick up item free.
