I placed an order and a few days after was told one item was no longer available if I had known at the time I would t have ordered the other items as I wanted a whole tracksuit

Ordered 2 Tommy Hilfiger shirts, one arrived very nicely packaged the other just slung into a bag with not even as much as a plastic bag to keep it nice. A very much hit or miss type of service. Good luck with your purchase.

Bought some size 10 trainers for my son. I was sent two right footed trainers 10.5 and 11.5!! I returned them to the shop to be told they don’t refund, after speaking to a manager he agreed to refund me the cost of the trainers! Unfortunately I won’t be shopping with USC again in a hurry !!:0(

Wrong size. 42 men is very small And L size for ladies too big. Very disappointed.

3 pairs of jeans turned up in a ripped bin bag for a delivery cost of £6.99, all returned as one of the pairs were selected wrong (their end) so had to pay another £12 to return items. Never ever again

Customer service experience was terrible. Took over 6 working days to return an email with less then 10 words saying 'can't help'. How is that customer service??? So disappointed to receive such poor service from a brand I thought was much better?

After making my order and paying for everything 2 days later I get an email saying that 2 of the items were out of stock , I am still waiting to be refunded for those items or even for someone to reply to my email about the query , then a pair of the Calvin Klein boxers that arrived the logo band at the top is upside down and the words Calvin Klein is upside down

We place an order of nearly £200 at the end of December. We then received an email a week or 2 later saying one of the items was not in stock (it did not state this at the time of purchase) and would not be available until end of February. What was not clear at the time was this meant the whole order was suspended until that item became available. We expected all other items to be sent as per the original delivery date provided and to receive the delayed item when it was available. We called customer service to discuss and were advised USC were not able to ship the rest of the order and our 2 options were to either cancel the delayed item or wait until it became available. This is not good customer service. It is not our fault USC could not fulfil the order we placed and USC should have covered the few pounds it would have cost to make 2 deliveries. Instead USC has saved a few pounds but lost 2 customers as a result as my wife and I are not likely to order from you again.

I ordered a pair of converse online, paid £4.99 for 'click & collect' (delivery charge is more than most retailers, and c&c is nearly always free, hence why retailers offer this option). They were too small so I looked at how to exchange/return them and found that I'd have to pay to send them back and then pay another £4.99 for delivery of the exchange. I called to check store stock and by the 3rd store, I was told they were online only. Online customer service could have told me this, instead she googled the number of my local stores. I'm now going to have to drive to a local store and get a credit note, as USC don't offer refunds for store returns even though they were ordered online, and then re-order again online and pay another £4.99 'CLICK & COLLECT' charge. The saving grace (so USC think) is you get a £5 click & collect voucher.....which you have to spend more money to redeem!! Not a great experience at all and I shan't be ordering online from USC again!!!

I didn't have a complete bad experience. My orders were delivered on time. However my first bulk purchase the wasn't an item in stock in your warehouse , I was using a gift card to pay for all my purchase and then I got the cost of the item redeemed back on to the gift card. The reason I wasn't happy was that even though the order was allowed in first place and then wasn't as it wasn't in stock I had to go pay for post and packaging in my second order which limited me to what I could get.

I was pleasantly surprised at the low prices however I received a defect item. A stain on the back of one of the jog pants. Looks permanently stained. I don't want to incur a charge sending it back and have used a wipe to attempt to remove the mark- it appears permanent

I bought 2 sets of joggers and hooded track tops UK size 14. One of the top which came was actually UK size 16 and was defective, the stiching on the sleeve hadnt cought the fabric and it was all open in few places. I had to sell one of the top to my friend and still have to spend money to get the sleeve fixed.

My coat arrived with the security tag still on it. And you do not have stores for me to legitimately take it off. Even with proof or purchase I look like a thief asking any store to remove it for me.

I was pleased how quickly my items were delivered but I returned one item and was not happy that I was told to return item by Royal Mail registered post which cost me £7.25,I think you need to review your returns policy as other company’s do not charge for returns.

Service wasn't great. Paying almost 5 pound for standard delivery is poor. Especially when the delivery driver just chucks the package over your gate and leaves a blank slip not notifying me where the package was. Expected better.

Not only did I have to pay postage for £150 plus order but had to pay £13 to return items. Other places I regularly use online like boohoo or Zara offer free delivery and returns
