I ordered 5 items just after Christmas, only to be told one of my items wont be delivered until around the 28th Jan, but this meant all of said items won't arrive until then. The other 4 items were in stock but wasn't delivered before hand. I was not informed of this when I purchased all the items. I'm sure the other 4 "in stock" items should have been delivered way before the 28th Jan.

Tag with ink was left on my order. Had to drive to the shop to get it removed. Paid for next day P&P for no reason and then petrol and parking to get them removed!

Ordered two pairs of shoes the first was perfect but the second pair was the wrong size not to mention one shoe was so severely faded it was a different colour to the other shoe

Hermes couriers didnt attempt to leave my parcel with a neighbour. They tried delivering whilst I was at work (my neighbours were in) and my parcel hasn't gone to a local sorting office like all other couriers do. They say it's gone back to you. Please send out again giving me a clear date and time so I can ensure I'm in. Delivery will not be paid again when the delivery company were rubbish!!

I think you charge far too much for postage and you even have to pay to send back if not wanted! I think it’s a rip off

1. External packaging covered in white/grey residue. 2. Internal packaging badly damaged and did not secure the product purchased. 3. Product purchased (2 x long sleeve t-shirts) were marked and dirty.

Unable to communicate with anyone. No customer service Wrong order sent but still having to pay to return item Just hassle to return items compared with other companies who make it so simple and free! Won’t use again due to further costs and time incurred

Ordered presents for my husband and they all looked second hand the boxes were so badly torn and terrible condition I had to take them out which was probably even worse such a disappointment

All my stuff arrived in good time, but the packaging was shocking, rammed into the bag, bag was burst open so badly, Maclean deliveries wouldn’t deliver, I had to go and confirm everything was there, the products were fine but packaging needs major improvement.

I was charged delivery on this order and when I went to return an item I was charged another £5 that make £10 on top of my order, I will be looking elsewhere for it from now on

You sent the wrong size of jeans, the label on the jeans is different from the tag how can anyone not pick this up before posting out. Then to return for another pair I have to pay postage.......not a happy customer and won't be purchasing again

Really bad experience with your delivery service Hermes. After receiving a text/email saying my package had been delivered and signed for I come home to no parcel or a note to say where it had been left. Spent an afternoon trying to trace a parcel that hadn’t actually been delivered. Received it the following day through the letterbox. Paid 4.99 for delivery as well! After finally receiving the package the top was still on its hanger stuffed in the bag poking out the sides of the parcel. Could easily have been damaged.
