Sunglasses arrived slightly bent as only paid five pounds cant be bothered sending back my fault for buying online

I placed my first order with ypu and paid 5.99£ delivery which is high already. Then I had to pay postage again as I has to return one item of my order. No other online shop expects this from its customers, so not again for me.

I had ordered a tshirt as a bithday present however when it was delivered it still had the security tag on it, i have had to pay to have it sent back even though it was through no fault if my own. Very disappointing.

Packing was a disgrace - a number of items were bought and it was lets see how we can compress all this in to one bag - making the outer package burst - could have easily lost contents A catch 22 as clothes were requiring ironed to sit correctly to see if keeping or not - without question the worst standard of packing I've came across and it cost a delivery fee for this

U sent the same colour twice for the same top even though we ordered different colours . took 4 days for a reply from customer services and they say send the Top back n we will sort another one but this was not in time for my holiday so had to buy elsewhere

I paid for next day delivery but didn't receive it until too many days later and was to late. Emailed you about it but received nothing back from you regarding it.

I ordered my polo shirts on a thursday night and paid for next day delivery but received them on the Saturday morning. One top came still with the security clasp attached and one had a big stain down the front, only one other t-shirt that I ordered was fine.... Went to store and they removed the tag but couldn't replace my top but offered me a credit note as it would if cost me more money to return the item.

I canceled an order for a Levi's sport top and after 10-15 days l still have not been refunded, other wise it is a good store and have used this shop for a long time on the city, however there's a lack of communication and this refund has yet to arrive, I do not know if this is an online store that I would use again👎😕

A disconnect with the courier. USC accepted my order, payment and location of delivery only for the courier to say they couldn't deliver to that location! More communication required there! However, refund received promptly and with no problems. Order placed elsewhere so USC miss out on this occasion

I am not happy. I orderd a t shirt it came and it was to small. i sent it back for a bigger size the new one never arrived . This was December and it's now jan, I still haven't got .

Its about time you got a stock system which knows if items are in stock when you add them to your bag ! you should also give people the chance to cancel the whole order once you have removed the item you really wanted only to be left with items you would have rather cancelled

Item came didn't fit and haven't had an email of receipt from return as of yet even though its been signed for on the 27/01/2018. I would like a refund asap and an email confirming this.

To expensive for delivery £4.99 is really expensive and shoukd be able to get free click and collect.

i placed an order and received 2 completely different shoes. i then had to contact customer services to be told to send them back at my expense initially and then try to claim back my postage. i am now in the process of sending these back and hope to get the correct same shoes in the size ordered. The process for returns when the fault is USCs is very poor indeed.

I placed one order and the system processed 2 orders. I contacted USC the day after ordering as soon as I realised 2 orders had been placed. It took a good couple of days for USC to reply by the time they’d replied both sets of items had been delivered so now I’ve got to pay to return them
