Order took a while to arrive, clothes are undersized as size 12 more like a 14/16.

I bought a pair of converse for my boyfriends birthfay and paid £6.99 next day delivery to make sure they arrived before the big day. When they arrived the box was completely ripped and broke apart, the toe end of the shoes wete dirty and the tissue paper inside looked so worn. No impressed and i will be complaining.

Well first an item was cancelled, the money still hasn't been refunded and the Replay jacket i bought myself still has the 'security tags' on it, so i cant wear it, so i have 1/3 items at the moment and £15.00 outstanding... Not the best first experience online...

1/Item not packaged in original packaging 2/Appeared as though item had been on active display for some time 3/Returns process from the 90's 4/Customer pays shipping both way on returns which I am not sure complies with the Consumer Act 2015 5/Will not shop again until all the above are resolved (which doesn't look anytime soon)

my parcel turned up last week and i was missing a item a perfume set the other 2 items were great but i have contacted you 4 times regarding my missing item with no reply and i am still waiting for my item or a refund i explained this was for my daughters birthday which was 5/2/2018 and nothing from you at all so i want my item sent or a full refund this is upsetting and not a great service at all

It's not great you can't get the item delivered to a store for free. The item i received was poor quality and then i had to pay £6 to send it back as you can't take it back to a store either. So all in all £11 to have a coat posted to me that was cheap quality to send it back again. Wouldn't order from you again for that reason.

I ordered 4 items, 3 of which were perfect (correct size etc) so therefore happy, however, the 4th item was a coat, I ordered a large (as per other items)the coat cost £65 in the sale, but when delivered it was a size small and had a price tag on it of £38. I felt that was a bit off. The coat has been sent back, now awaiting refund.

I received my order all in good time but one item of my order still had security tag attached, I emailed to find out best way to proceed but received nothing back.

On delivery, the packaging was ripped open, resulting in the clothing being dirty when I received it. This was highly disappointing and resulted in me having to drive to my nearest store to exchange them, even then, I was expected to pay more in store than I’d payed online.

All clothes shoved in bag and not folded or packaged. Also must be the only company where you have to pay for returns! Shop doesn't take returns so you have to pay to send back by Royal Mail!

Personally you take too long to respond to emails when there is an urgent query. It took 4 days before I received a response. There is no telephone number to contact you to overcome this challenge either so overall not great I’m afraid.
