The stock is limited in "normal" sizes. I had selected a size and when i finished the purchase the product size was out of stock. In some products, the real size do not correspond to the label size. It´s to expensive to send back/return the products and ask other size (sometimes is more expensive than the product)

I've asked for my otder to be resolved, as I received only pair of glamourous burgundy boots. The size 3 doesn't fit it's too big and it looks nothing like the photo online. I also ordered a black size 3 glamourous but I haven't received them. I've had. I reply for how I should return the burgundy boots or no reply in how will they credit my money as well as my delivery charge. I'm not happy at all. I've only got this msg to put s review. Bad experience.

I ordered to identical pairs of gent's jeans. One pair were sent in the wrong size, but I have to be out of pocket to send them back to you first. Good customer service would be that the courier be sent out with the correct item and to pick up the incorrectly sent item.

Ordered a pair of jack and jones grey jeans. Asked for a 32/32. Received a 34/36 and asked for an exchange for 32/32. Also it cost me 15£ to send them back recorded delivery and emailed usc to see about reimbursing the delivery as they had sent me the wrong size. Still no reply. I see the jeans are in stock 32/32 but I have received a refund for the jeans. Don’t want to have to pay delivery for them again.

Order an adidas hooded black track top, but it looks like it's fake and worn. More of a charcoal in colour like it's been worn and washed a few times. You think you'd have got it from a market stall or Sports Direct or MandM Direct.

You have to pay the postage to return items. Even though I returned it recorded delivery and received receipt notification the refund is still not processed. They take the money instantly but wait 2 weeks to return it

There is damage to the shoe The email has been switched on so that you can switch and rewind But there is no benefit or response

Delivery and ordering great. Very disappointed that some items where out of stock. Being as the order was for shorts and the summer is fast approaching I would of thought summer clothes would now be in demand

one of my items had a hole on it which I was quite disappointed with. Was a very obvious fault and I now have to pay to send it back

Ordered an item online - which at nearly £200 I was surprised I still had to pay delivery/Click & Collect charge for - and it arrived with two security tags attached which I cannot remove. Returns are also charged at cost to the purchaser (!) and there's no contact number to actually speak to anyone. Two Tweets have gone unresponded and I now wait with baited breath as to whether I'll get a response to the email in five working days' time. Very disappointing.

I ordered a pair of gold sandals off the website and the wrong ones, a pair of black and white snake print ones came instead. I didn’t like the pair I received but didn’t have time to return them. I checked the website again to reorder the pair I wanted in the first place and they were sold out. Very unhappy with the service

having to pay for delivery to store and then not being able to return to store, meaning that you have to pay to return items is appalling customer service. when purchasing online it is inevitable that some items may not fit and/or be of the quality assumed as you cannot see this on the website. I ordered 2 pairs of age 11-12 boys shorts that are more like age 14+ when they have arrived.

I ordered a man's gadget bag from the website which was clearly shown as all black with a matte style finish and black zips but they sent me the women's version which was leather and had gold zips, funny thing is after searching there website to see if the woman's bag was on there I couldn't find it? However I contacted them via the online contact form and they resolved the issue by refunding the item and also the postage I paid to send it back so was happy with the result in the end. Communication with them was quite slow as well but if your patient they will reply eventually. Would consider using them again for the prices but wouldn't recommend.

Hi first of all the courier who delivering the parcel didn't knock on our door but still said he was here. Secondly why did he not leave the avizo in our door instead of he left it in our neiborgh. Thirdly he didn't even feel in the contact details so how where we ment to know where should we go to collect the parcel if he didn't leave any details. The parcel details, reference USC40000043635953, the parcel tracking number is 5743289016169489. And lastly we are not going to be paying again for a dilvery for someone that just can't do his job

The item it's self was perfect but it was delivered with a security tag still attached to it. Meaning we either have to find a local shop or post it back and wait even longer.

Had to pay for delivery og ptoducts then return then delivery again. Costing £15 on top of my purchase.
