“Really disappointed received 2 Christmas jumpers both had to be returned due to one having holes in & the other being dirty, wasn't offered anymore just money refunded to my card would've preferred new jumpers sent to us, plus had to pay postage & packing.”

“My first order was cancelled. My second order was successful but an item is missing. I’ve been waiting days to get a response from the customer service team. Plus I didn’t get the paperwork of my order. It’s very disappointing as I used to shop frequently in usc stores. This was my first time actually ordering from you guys. I love the store but the only service is just unreliable.”

“After 1 week I am still waiting for the order.i have contacted customer services and told this is normal.i have had no further update on tracking other than waiting to be picked up.i think in this day and age it is totally unacceptable.a standard delivery from Europe is 5 days.i will not order from usc online again”

“Good range of products but having to pay for delivery with a £70 order is unacceptable and also having to pay for exchange or return items. Many retailers now have free delivery and returns in place so I can't see why USC cannot provide this service.”

“I ordered a baby's outfit size 9-12 months the t shirt and bottoms were right size but the jacket was 6-9 months so can't use the jacket at all”

“The products that were specified to fit “true to size” on the website description were in fact the polar opposite, which i bought an XL and my brother who is a medium could only just fit into it, I would normally not be bothered with this but I bought 2 tshirts for my holiday and they have not been left out ! Please specify the correct fit for products and not just a general description!”

“Hello I ordered some lovely items for my son at a very reasonable price but when I recieved it , hour or two before he had to wear it I found the security tag on it which was very annoying as I had to go back out to get it off before we went out”

“Ordered trainers on sale for holiday from USC got to store was informed to go across to Sport Direct in Overgate, collected went home opened box to discover that one white trainer was discoloured could not return to shop only return by post and as it was bought for my holiday next day could not return,”

“I orderd three caps,and one pink cap came with dirty stains. Until now I havent got any respon of my complaint yet. Shipping was fast, but too bad the caps came without any plastic wrap, so maybe that’s why the pink one got stains.”
