Its nonsense that every time i buy shoes online,which dont fit me,i have to lose the postage costs.

Delivery charges are expensive, even for collecting instore. Returns process, been a very long time since I have had to pay to return goods and for this reason I wouldn't shop online with USC again.

Wrong fit but can not return to the store, I have to return it by post and pay postage. Also paid for next day delivery for another order from USC, but according to HERMES I was not in even though I was all day.

Overall it was good delivery time instore was great and fast ordered the junior Calvin Klein briefs in which I wanted girls however they didn't say on the website but when I went to collect them they were boys

The items are good. The delivery service is horrendous. Takes far too long and you pay a 5er for the privilege. Disgraceful. I paid near £8 for next day and it took a week. I rang and complained and they said they would credit it to my account which they never did. Poor.

spent over 130 pounds had to pay about 6 pounds for c and c would have got next day for that money on most other sites when I picked up 1 item had a ticket from one of your shops marking it down from the 59 pounds a paid to 48 pounds only the manages at your Wakefield store. due to there good service will make me come back .

I was sent double of an item and charged accordingly. Now I have to return that item which will cost me more so all in all that is very disappointing

Item was sent out with the security tag still attached, and then discovered that it was actually XL and not medium - USC labelled incorrectly. Trying to organise a medium being sent out, but customer services take a couple of days to reply to a simple email. I would expect things to be handled quicker bearing in mind two issues have been identified already that need to be rectified.

I sent my tommy hilfiger gillet back to you for an exchange, as it was too small even though I’m normally a 12, I filled in the appropriate paper work, but have not heard anything from you.
