Bought a pair of shoes which don't fit me. Got in touch with customer service : made me feel like it was my fault (unhelpful, patronizing). Been told that different brands handle shoe sizes conversion (UK, EU, US....) differently. Found another pair of shoes from the same brand same at home which fit me perfectly and always have. Checked the size. They're the same size as the one purchased. So basically those shoes I bought are for some reasons smaller and won't fit me. As a customer didn't have the most amazing experience ever. Never had any problem with Office, Clarks, Shuh, SportShoes... and/or their customer service. Won't use USC ever again, simple as that.

I haven't received the goods yet it's been over a week so I'm really disappointed.

Ordered items on 4th March and still awaiting delivery. No update since 6th March. Spoke to Customer Services today to chase up but person I spoke to was very vague and only advised goods will arrive soon. Rather than been helpful she told me to cancel and get my money back. First time I’ve purchased from USC on line, it will be the last!

Great prices for sure. I was disappointed to find my parcel totally smashed up on delivery. Thank god the trainer's were okay. This was a gift for someone. I emailed customer service and it's been a week and still no reply.

We originally wanted 2 x tshirts and had a choice between a few that we liked. In the end we decided to order 2 the same which we did, paid for and received confirmation. 2 days later we received an amendment saying that only one of the tshirts was available and we would not get charged for the other however as we were paying £4.99 for delivery to our local Sports direct this affects the price of the shirt. I emailed customer services to see whether I could amend the order and choose a different shirt so that I wouldn't have to pay for another delivery charge however nobody has still come back to me.

I would have been happy if I had been able to get everything I had ordered, however when I order and pay for something I expect it to be available not get an email to say that they have cancelled the order as they don’t have stock.

Delivery is quoted as 3-5 days so since I ordered it in a Sunday I was expecting it the same week, it's now the following Tuesday and it hasn't arrived. Also I can apparently only track the item in the day of delivery but there is no way to know when that day will be. It's one of the poorest delivery services I have used and the fact it was one of the more expensive from a clothes shop just makes it worse.

I placed my order, 3 items and paid only to be later emailed that one item was out of stock. Delivery fees were then a high percentage of overall spend.

Hi i recieved my order last week and they sent the wrong size ordered an 8 and got sent a 3. I now have to pay to send them back and it was a gift.

Items were not delivered. Delivery company tried to 3 times but a signature was required. As I was working, I was not at home to receive goods. Hermes left no contact details so I could not contact them to rearrange

Items ordered were subsequently out of stock, this isn’t the first time this has happened! yes I was refunded for the item but charged full delivery. Disappointing that the website allows orders when the stock unavailable.

Usually I have no issue with USC and I will continue to shop here. Unfortunately this time around I still haven’t received my items!... it’s been a week and I paid for express delivery (usually I get standard delivery, and it arrives quicker than this). Hopefully it arrives soon, and this is just a once off.

Delivery charge was expensive. Its ridiculous charging £5 for collecting from store. It should be free delivery on £50 order or above.

Received order that was all wrong. 3 out of 2 boxes contained wrong sizes. Customer service was not very helpful and took 2 days to reply to what I should do. Very disappointed and so we're the kids as unsure if I will get an exchange
