Appalling sizing in a pair of firetrap boots. Definitely not a 10, my brother who is a 9 couldn’t get in them!! Had to fork of £12.98 to rerun them. USC - check your items or provide free returns!!!

The products were very good but I have tried to contact the customer service and never received a reply. The price of the item changed from the search to the basket for no reason and I had to buy the item at nearly double of the price.

It is my first time shopping with international delivery. I still haven't received anything. On previous purchase, national delivery (UK) worked perfectly, thoughly. I will keep waiting for at least some update or contact to inform what it is happening.

Delivery to store took 9 days to arrive which was annoying when it was a birthday present which didn’t arrive in time. If I would have known it would have taken so long to reach the store I would have ordered to be delivered at home

ordered 3 pairs of jeans with £5 postage they were all large fitting so decided to return them for smaller size, return postage cost me £13, only one pair was in stock in the smaller size, was only refunded for one pair until i emailed USC, then got the refund for the second pair so ended up with one pair that fit with £18 in postage, just a poor overall experience

Delivered with security tag on ! Annoying .Then very difficult to find tel no to call .....you I’m sure do this on purpose .

One t-shirt arrived with a hole in it and a pair of shorts had no button to do them up.

Quick delivery however security tag was left on merchandise and we then had to take back to store to have this removed.

Customer support is nonexistent. I asked more times on emails and no one even replied with an A, B, C, whatever. I also asked how come that I cannot pay with Paypal if I'm from EU and not UK. Boooh, silence. Sometimes the clothes came to me not even with the hangings taken out, all tumbled and wrinkled. Shoe boyes dirty, like they were under rain or something. Other aspects ok. Please do correct this problem with Paypal payments. When I order, I am not given an option to pay with Paypal, just Visa...

The process of ordering and receiving the package was fine except for the little amount of information given to me via e-mail(very rarely) but I could live with that. Big problem tho was the fact that next to the UK shoe size 6 in brackets there was (what I thought European shoe size) 40 therefore I didn’t look into the chart or anything else because I thought the information would be correct. However when I got the sneakers even on the box it said 6(40) but when I looked into the sneakers it said UK 6 EU 39. So basically this information is one of the most important ones and the site said it wrong conceiving the costumers. Therefore I’m not satisfied with my purchase.

Placed an order as I really wanted a new pair of nice black jeans. Order went through, got a Processed email and then I had a new email stating a cancellation of item. I feel the website needs an update to stop this from happening as I've even been in touch with customer care and they have stated this is due to the website. #nothappy

Delivery time was fine and accurate as expected however the right trainer which was a canvas material, (white converse) had an orange stain upon receipt. Not a huge mark, but shows up on a pair of bright white trainers, which you would expect to be stain free when buying new.

I ordered a Calvin Klien bracelet for my mother as a Christmas gift but it was out of stock (after I placed and USC already confirmed the order). There was no alternative offered or communication given BEFORE dispatch so I could add something else to my order if I fancied. Stock should be up to date on your website and if there is an inventory mishap, communication should be given immediately BEFORE dispatch or alternatively, the items ordered can be dispatched as communication about the item no longer in stock is given, thereafter alternatives offered with free delivery so mother's don't get left out at Christmas!

Two of the items I ordered did not look like they did on the model on the website, they were baggy and different colours so I threw them out. The other items I ordered I am happy with.
