Paid fr next day delivery and waited 2 days text says they where at my house but they never show up

They processed the order very slow....5-6 working days to receive my parcel.

I wasn’t happy with the way Hermes delivered my parcel , as I paid for next day delivery, which didn’t receive , I complained to Hermes , and got it the next day , which was not good enough, I had to take time out , of my life , to complain on my day off , Hermes should have made more of a effort to deliver it on the day I paid for it , and now I don’t feel like , buying anything from usc due to this , also I will be telling friends and family regarding this issue , as I paid for next day delivery, but didn’t receive it .

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans. (replay) men's size 30 30. the first pair seemed to be woman's jeans and had a security tag still attached to it. the second pair was a terrible fit. no way a 30 30. Had to return them. This experience reminds me of a with dodgy ebay seller, not what I expected from USC. very disappointed.

While it's not necessarily the fault of USC, I didn't like the shoes I'd ordered and sent them back for a refund. With no 'free returns' offered it cost me £11 to return a pair of boots via registered post - exceptionally costly for an item I didn't want. I wouldn't reccommend buying online from USC unless you are CERTAIN that the item is needed...

There was a security tag left on a pair of the trousers, so I had to take it to USC Newtownabbey to have it removed.

couldn't deliver to shop for some reason so had to pay £5 for delivery and didn't get a £5 voucher to spend in store which I was actually hoping to receive is there where some trainers I wanted. from point of order to item been shipped is quite slow, but once shipped fast postage. I ordered a cap and came just in a jiffy bag, was all bent. not good at all.

£4.99 to collect from store. This is not acceptable when direct competitors like ASOS do free returns and delivery. My order was in excess of £100 so free collection or delivery would have been nice. Once the order was placed there was no indication of how long by order would take to be delivered.

The items we ordered were not delivered on time , in the end we probably ended up waiting an extra 2 months for one reason or another.

I wanted to make an amend to my order literally minutes after submitting it, was told by customer services that this was impossible to do. You also pay for delivery and returns. The online shopping process felt very old fashioned and quite expensive when compared to most other online shopping companies.

Half my order was cancelled as not in stock (with today’s technology this is ridiculous). I’d paid for next delivery so wasn’t able to cancel the rest of the order. Contacted customer services who suggested reordering an alternative to the cancelled items but I would have to pay full p&p again. Will not be shopping with you again as not trustworthy service, and very poor after sales customer service.

I ordered a pair of trainers to which I was sent two different trainers,I don’t even understand how that can happen,it then cost me money to send it back as obviously I’m not wearing to different trainers

Disappointed, my son purchased me some trainers in store , they were to big so returned them unfortunately they didn’t not have size and I was advised the store don’t have the facility to order in , I then had to accept a credit note and order them myself online which cost me 4,99 delivery .a lot of messing about when majority of stores would be able to complete a simple task
